Episode 1.23: How to Stop an Exploding Man (Season finale)
Airdate: May 21, 2007

05/01
- I'm also told that the bomb will go off in the season finale but how and when it happens will prevent the loss of a mass of innocent life. Anybody get the connection yet about why Nathan was running toward Peter in the scene of the bomb's explosion? Source: Kristin on E!Online
04/17 - With Isaac's horrible predictions all unfolding before them, the everyday people with extraordinary abilities face moments of pain and peril in Kirby Plaza with unflinching heroism, as "Heroes" first volume comes to a close -- and the next surprisingly begins. Jack Coleman, Tawny Cypress, Noah Gray-Cabey, Greg Grunberg, Ali Larter, Masi Oka, Hayden Panettiere, Adrian Pasdar, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Leonard Roberts and Milo Ventimiglia also star. Clea DuVall, Lisa Lackey, James Kyson Lee, Missy Peregrym, Zachary Quinto, Richard Roundtree, George Takei and Adair Tishler guest-star. Source: NBC
03/30 - Greg Grunberg reveals: [Hana, Ted and Matt] all come together and we have a mission, all for various reasons, and we don't necessarily work as a "Super Friends" team, but we're all at the same place at the same time with the same mission, and it's just awesome. Source: TV Guide Online
03/17 - The episode will feature a Paris Hilton-like blonde woman in her late 20s, an Asian woman also in her late 20s and a male model. Source: SpoilerFix.com
03/09- I hear there's a good chance [Clea DuVall, F.B.I. Agent Audrey Hanson] will pop up in the May 21 season finale. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
04/09 - Sources tell me that Tawny Cypress, who plays Simone, is not off the show for good. Far from it! I'm told that even though she was "killed," Simone is coming back, along with her father (Peter's patient), in the season finale. It turns out she has abilities of her own, and as my source put it, "There are people on the positive and negative side. And Simone is on the negative side." Oh, and according to another source, "Simone and her father may have some ties to some other characters that we had no idea about before." Source: Kristin on E!Online

I really hope that they don't get rid of Claire, she's way too important to show to just live her in the first season and the same goes for Peter

It'd be cool to have that character show up again, I love Clea! This would be awesome to have a two hour season finale like Lost did with season 2.

I really hope that it does end up being two hours, the more Heroes before the summer hiatus the better off we'll be

This show is awesome...

Um, so yeah... If they have a 2 hour season finale, there will definitely be some things that are revealed, and some characters will be brought back!

TIM KRING promised a major conclusion to this chapter... wink.gif

Well if season 2 is going to go off on its own tangent then the season finale has to have some kind of conclusion

Yeah, Audrey's pretty amusing, but she was a real bitch to Matt the last time we saw her. Yay two hours! In-FRIGGIN-tense. I'd totally want to have a Heroes party, but I have no one to party with sad.gif So by my count, this episode will air on May 15th? Why does it feel so early for the television season to end... sad.gif

More like May 21th, I believe and it's actually not early for the season to end at all

I guess it's not, maybe it just feels short because I hopped on the bandwagon a little late in like November.

edit. you're right, the finale will be on the 21st.

Yeah I guess joining later would make the season feel a lot shorter.
