 I am totally loving these two together,who think their awesome? raise your hand! *raises hand* .I loved the scene at the piano,and the scene with both of them using the power in the hospital to die for

I know! It was so sweet. You can tell that Pete really likes his new power even if it can't help him save lives. I'm glad they're finally talking properly and Pete FINALLY knows she's deaf. lol

I so agree! The emotions tied into the whole situation are just great. I mean, look at how Peter is different in this episode than previous ones. It's obvious that his speed ability was making him move too fast through life in more ways than just traveling distances. Anyone else notice that the moment he slows down to walking speed is the moment he actually noticed Emma? The scenes with those two are just great Hmm...that was two "just great's"...I guess that makes it really great!

I don't really get how peter took her power without knowing it? I'm sure he would have some sort of control over taking powers. Or even know when he is doing it?

Yeah, I think Pete was probably flustered by Emma and she nearly died. His adrenaline was probably high when he touched her. Btw, thought the bit where Pete was trying to run fast was really funny. Kinda reminded me of how Jess from Gilmore Girls would be ticked off with something. The use of music was good but I think he tried to run 1 too many times. At first, I thought the Haitian was around like with Daphne in Belgium.

I'm watching it again now and have paused it to say that there is a bit that they made obvious where Pete catches up with Emma after saving her and is saying "Are you all right" and stuff. He grabs her hand and talks to her. That's probably when he got her power.

The first thing I thought was "Oh no, he lost his power", my second thought was "Is he deaf now?".
Hopefully this new non super speed/strength power will reduce his obsession of working. An hopefully Emma fills his hole, and we will have him back. |
