Does anybody know the translation of the japanese sentence which Mr. Bennet thinks off, in episode 17 when matt is reading his thoughts?

I really am curious what he was thinking since i thought Matt did not pick up many thoughts in a situation where people would be thinking a lot since they were held at gunpoint. Although they probably did not add the thoughts of Claire's mom and brother since these were not important for the series. Anyway i'm ranting again...

I don't know Japanese, but somebody might...who knows, maybe it's just random Japanese like 'hi mom!' or something that's not relevant to the story But I'd still be interested in a translation just in case it is important.

He said "Buy a Nissan Versa or the Hatian will visit you tonight."

I read the subtitles of the episode and that part wasn't there..does no one on this forum know Japanese?

And where exactly do you think we'd be able to find one? Besides, if the script for this episode is ever released like "Genesis" was, it'll be quite sometime...Also, sometimes there are many flaws with the Babelfish translator and sometimes it doesn't even translate a single word!

My grandfather works for SONY... He is on a business trip in Japan. In other words he know Japanese, amongst other languages as well... It will be about a week or so before he comes home!

someones posted it on tv.com just scroll down and its under the trivia section tv.com it says -There is a scene where Matt tried to listen to HRG's thoughts but he was thinking in Japanese. There were no subtitles but HRG was actually thinking, "I must save my family. Protect them at any cost."

That is what my grandfather told me DIRECTLY! And he is fluent in Japanese. I think it is a lot of words! But my grandpa says that this is what it means!
