The Swordsman
Somewhat of a little theory here: Do you think that Hiro told Peter to save Claire just so she would be around to tranq Ted before he could go completely nuclear? Like Nuclear enough to destroy the world after that guy shot him??

....hmmm, quizzical.

theory is nice but...Who cares if this small town in texas goes nuclear?? I think she has bigger destiny!!

It just really depends on whether or not Ted has enough ammo to actually take out the world, I wonder how powerful his ability is and how much he would take out

Even though it would be bad and all that Odessa would explode, but technically that's not the whole world....

Well who knows the extent of Ted's powers if he went off he would have killed at least hundred of thousands of people

HRG mentioned the "chain-reaction." It's very possible/plausible that Ted could trigger a great Radioactive Anamoly!!!

No one is safe!

It's very possible, Ted seems to have the most dangerous power since he could wipe out cities, and everyone in them around him

It may be the most dangerous, but no the most effective of the abilities... wink.gif

Sure, He can wipe out countless numbers of cities, and leave a large radius of radiation lingering around, but how effective is it? Does he survive? And will he be able to recover from such an explosion himself, if he isn't incinerated!

That's why I said it was the most dangerous ability, he can't even be around people without hurting them eventually. Though I am wondering if Claire hadn't saved him in episode 17, and he had exploded, would he have died in the explosion as well or not

I am wondering the same thing, whether Ted would die or not!

I'm sort of leaning toward yes, in episode 17 when he was about to go off, Ted looked like he was in a lot of pain
