If she really can see the future they're going to need to explain a few things. First of all, how did she not see that the Peter was not going to explode in Kirby Plaza? Also, how did she not see that Adam was the one attempting to unleash the virus? It's good to finally know her ability but now they have to fix the plot holes associated with it.

1) she not only knew, but was planning on it
2) "she didn't forsee that"

I think she is very...limited in what she can see. I'm only guessing, but I think she can vaguely see the future. Kind of glimpse it sort of thing, but not fully understand it. For all we know, she vaguely saw Peter about to go nuclear, but never saw Nathan take him out of the city. Couple that with Isaac's paintings of an alternate time line, the Company was arrogant enough to think this bomb thing was really going to go through.
BTW? Isaac's paintings weren't a plot hole. He did forsee a bomb going off in NY and it originally did. Essentially, he DID paint the future, but Future Hiro changed it.

I think its kinda like a mild foresight. The newest episodes made it appear as almost an involuntary thing, at least thats what I got from it. I think she sees a very "black and white" version of the future. As things change, so does her perception of the future, something like that. To be honest I'm just glad they are starting to show us some of the older generations' powers. I still wish I knew what Hiros father could do

Hiro's father, kaito, had the ability to see all probabilities in any situation and predict the outcome, like a computer...I think someone else could explain it better..lol..
It was in the DVD extras for Season 2 although I don't know why they deleted that scene.

So.. does Angela only see the future in her dreams??

Apparently so. Also, according to her, it was the first ability Peter ever absorbed as well.

and this makes sense dating back to season 1 where peter kept having the dream of flying, not to mention when he dreamed of himself blowing up NY city. maybe it's because he didn't know that it was a power that he hasn't been able to harness and use it like all his other powers?

I saw that on the dvd, maybe they decided to change his power instead of that?
But yeah he could predict the outcome of how shares would rise and fall etc i think, thats why he did so well in business.

angela would have seen peter explode in kirby plaza through her dreams, she would have seen the future exactly how issac saw it. They see a future timeline which could eventuate, but it didnt because of nathan.
Now angela sees level 5 full of dead heroes and a few villains nearby, i wonder if this will happen? or something will happen to change everything?

I doubt it, it seems clear now that her ability is a bity different from the pre-cogs. She seems to get a new dream everytime something is changed. So its fair to assume she will be having some more dreams were things are different. It may be a key tool the writers use more often this season.

It does makes sense, Peter also dreamed of Nathan having the car accident in Season 1 at the same time it happened. I thought that maybe he had absorbed it from Charles but apparently that was his mother's power. I like that the first power he got was that of his mother.

Yes, but you didn't have characters running about changing that event. Big difference tbh.

I think you have to consider the difference between Peter and Angela. She seems to have her own agenda which isn't all that clear but she looks at the big picture and won't change events when it benefits the big plan. Besides, we didn't even know what power ANgela had in Season 1. Maybe she had dreams and did some influencing of her own (she already kinda did with Linderman and Nathan) to change them but we just didn't see that.
Peter dreams somethingand goes to explore it or cvhange it without thinking how it might effect the bigger outcome.

Angela's precog powers seem a little...weak, to me. I mean, its mostly involuntary, because she consistently refers to them as "dreams." At least Issac could activate his power whenever he felt like it.
For this reason, i'm inclined to believe her precog skills are actually an expansion of an original power (like Matt's expanded). Because i'm still of the opinion she did something to Nathan's wife.
What she also seems to have - probably from sheer intellect than from a power - is an innate /understanding/ of the future, and how to manipulate it. Not that she always succeeds, of course.

Just because you can see the future doesn't mean you can control what you see or when you can see it
Beside that lady is a little sketchy to me
