When Hiro came back to the present after seeing the future, he saw that Ando killed Hiro. Ando mentioned that maybe someone else turned themselves into Ando...do you think it's Ando or not. Also, Sylar is the only one with that "red beam" power that we've seen in the past in Season One "Five Years Gone"...

What kind of power was that, that Ando was using?? The "red beam" looked very cooool!
any other info on this?

It seemed like red lighting or something. Its possible that Ando will have an ability seeing as Mohinder has created a serum for it. I think the writers are trying to throw us off a bit when Ando said "maybe its not me, its someone else." Because of course, Ando would NEVER do that, but a lot happens in the future...so we'll see. Or!!!!! Maybe Hiro is the Villain and Ando was the Hero stopping him. We don't know the context of the conversation either!

I"m not sure, maybe the thing that Mohinder used on himself started to spread? Giving him that power, perhaps. Unless it's totally unique, idk.

But I was just thinking.. if it was Sylar wouldn't he have taken his power, before actually killing him? Or rather take his power, while killing him..

Good point, Hiro does seem to get caught up on a lot of stuff and Ando seems to always do the right thing.
If that really was Ando, he would of probably been the hero.

I agree totally. And from the amazing twists so far, it would not surprise me AT ALL if Hiro turned villain. He seemed a little odd... like he DEMANDS a quest or a purpose... Taste of things to come?

Given the dialogue exchanged between the two in that future scene it seemed very much to me like Hiro wasn't quite doing the right thing and Ando was stopping him from doing something terrible.

I got the same impression about that situation, given the dialogue between them.

Wait, when did Sylar use this? I don't recall.

I think that what Sylar used in "Five years gone" was Ted's power, not some "red beams"

Are you talking about when he's about to fight Future Peter near the end? He was using Cryokenises.

I think, Ando has the power already but he doesn't know how to use it and he doesn't even know he has it.
When hiro watched the video from his dad his dad was talking about " the light " i think ando is the light with his ability.
ulus666
when hiro and ando was talkingto each other aboutthis in 3x02 ando said " how do u know it might have been someone who has the power to look like me" e.g. candice's poweer , so i guess it cud be someone else that changed to look like ando. otherwise i think that ando would be the hero, and hiro will be the villan.

I think Ando will inject himself with the superpower serum thingy.
Which will cause him to get the bad a** lazer beams.

Yeah, exactly. He demands excitement and purpose (like you said) and perhaps being a hero wasn't exciting enough?
IDK, hiro's an interesting character.

Hmmm I hadn't thought of that, well Hiro has proved he can ignore the path set for him, when he kissed the princess he as much as risked time from imploding so we know he's capable of being selfish.

Maybe he's going after Adam again and Adam is doing something good? maybe there's a "person" or "thing" that causes the two to argue and Hiro is ultimately wrong.

Ando has always been a good guy, if he were to turn evil the only way I see it possible is if Hiro drives him to that point.
Maybe Hiro's distrust towards Ando infuriates him to that point.

I don't know pretty much the whole window's open for nearly anything to have driven either to be evil.

I hope Hiro doesn't turn evil though, he's been the highlight of the show, somebody completely committed to do good, something pretty crazy would have to happen.

LOL maybe Ando wants to marry Hiro's sister and a girl gets in between them, I'd heard that a novel had a Hiro's sister/Ando relationship.

edit: oh gosh! i re-watched it, and if you look closely it seems Hiro strikes at Ando first!

Not sure if this has been said before but I keep seeing everyone say it may not be Ando it could be someone acting as him but has anyone thought about maybe it isn't Hiro. Of course it does not justify how Ando got his powers but maybe he is just protecting the formula and knows its not the real Hiro. Plus, thinking abou tit Hiro has proven himself to use his powers when needed and I am curious to know why he didnt freeze time when he say a red beam coming at him.Myabe he was just having slow reactions that day wink.gif
