Master Power
Ok, according to sylar clair may never be killed. Not only killed when brain is damaged, not only killed by blood loss, NEVER KILLED. And now, she can't feel pain. Therefore, clair may pass through and situation, no matter how dangerous, and walk out completly unharmed. In fact, i suspect that soon her power will grow untill it reaches the point that she can regenerate instintaniously, which means that she will become like superman. For instance, let's say that hiro sliced clairs head off. Right now, her head would most likely grow a new body. But, in the future, i believe that the wound will heal before it is even complete, meaning that as hiro is cutting off her head, it is healing behind the blade, and when he is finished her head is already healed. This seams to be the direction her power is going, bigger and better. Imagine the consequences this could have on the series. Coments?

I don't think her powers will advance as far as being Impenetrable like Superman or close to it, this season at least, but knowing Claire, she will probably either try to find out why she cannot feel anymore, or try to find a way to get rid of her powers. Which will directly affect the "advancement" of her powers. Also, Adam Monroe, who has the same power as Claire, got shot and he didn't heal right away, and he had the power for 400 years. A true face is that he didn't seem to feel it though.

I might be wrong, but from what I remember Claire has been involved in painful situations earlier yet acting like she could not feel the pain.

When the mother of hers drops the ring in the boiling water in S2 (can't remember the episode) she rescues it and her hand gets burned, but she does not look like she feels it (I guess anyone who puts a hand in the boiling water would scream!!)

People are getting this mixed up, she cant feel Sylar poking around in her brain because that is what happens

As Sylar says to her the brain has no nerve endings in it for itself, so it cant actually feel any pain (this is a reason that it is encased in such a thick hard casing known as your head!)

if you are stabbed through the head then u feel pain in your head so you know you have been hurt, if it was just your brain that was being stabbed you wouldnt feel anything

IGNORE THIS COMMENT NOW I HADNT SEEN EPISODE 2 WHEN THIS WAS POSTED. JUST WATCHING IT NOW!

So Claire not feeling Sylar messing with her brain is just natural!

Oh and if you remember when Sylar is cutting her head off she feels pain then!

Her face told us she was in pain. Remember when she was on the Hollywood sign with West in Volume 2? She said that she can feel pain, she just gets over it quickly. This is, perhaps, why she didn't seem as hurt as expected.

If you watch eppie 2 of season 3 carefully, you will hear Claire answering this herself to her mother. She always felt pain just like anybody else would, and she welcomed that pain because it made her feel human. Sylar did soemthing that took that away from her. And if you're wondering how come she never showed she was in much pain before, in some scenes she did, but get this, if you feel pain all the time, wouldn't it be logical that you get used to it, that it dulls somehow?
