Well, the point is that we don't know. I think it's safe to assume that it was Linderman but how if he's dead?

Better question is how can linderman be alive since he can only heal not revive himself?

Guys, come on, he is dead and no way he cud be alive cos no one has given him him claires blood or anything, and we're sure hs is 100% dead, its just a mind trick that future peter has set in nathans mind to keep him busy and motivated with the new offer he got from tracey... and we all know that peter is capable of this...

Well he's apparently just a ghost at the moment unless somehting else is going on. perhpas that isn't even him, maybe it's someone else. Another Peter or maybe someone like Peter.

This is an extremely reasonable answer.
What I don't like about it is this : why would Peter want to keep Nathan's mind busy with the offer from Tracey and the governer? His mind is already occupied with the "divine intervention" of God.

Some heroes have shown an ability to evolve an ability, for instance Matt Parkman was able to not only read minds but to manipulate peoples thoughts. His father also had the ability to interact with Molly Walker who was miles away from him.

Clair seems to have now evolved her ability to not only heal herself but to not feel pain when being hurt.

It is possible that Linderman who has the ability to heal whomever he touches could in sense evolve his power and preserve his soul in this world while his body is ... no longer alive?

That or working with Charles (Peters patient in season 1) who has the ability to astral project could have forced others to astral project as well. If that is the case then both would be immortal. Remember Peter was somehow forced to either travel in the past and being cloaked or he was in an astral/dream world when talking to Charles in the final episode of season 1.

I wouldnt be suprised if there is a person with a power to keep people on this planet after they die.

Exactly. Having had the blood transfusion in season 2 from Adam totally explains how Nathan came back from the dead. Also, since Nathan lost a lot of blood from the shooting, it's also plausible that Peter could have donated his blood (off camera, of course) at the hospital to help save his life. It wasn't Peter's plan to actually kill Nathan... just keep him from talking at that moment.

Yes but is Linderman really there? Nobody can see him but Nathan. And it's not the first time Nathan is seeing things, see season 2 when he kept seeing his scarred self because of his quilt. But on the other hand, why would Nathan start seeing Linderman, that makes no sense, so Linderman has to be there, not sure what he is at the moment though. I still think Nathan was healed because of the lingering effects of Adam's blood, the same thing happened to HRG

Obviously they're is more to this than meets the eye, but you would think that Linderman has control over who sees him.

Come on guys F-Peter explains it whilst talking to Matt before he warps him to Africa, he says if I remember correctly it was as if his body healed before the bullets had even passed through him. Unless he was just trying to get Matt to stop asking questions... I think it has something to do with Adams blood, with 400 years of development I think he has mastered his ability more than that of all the present day heroes, and his blood can heal quite a few times.
