f_p shot nathan -> f_p told claire not to come and use her blood to save nathan -> claire stayed at home -> sylar got her power -> sylar went after the "shopping list" -> sylar went to lv5 -> elle caused the blackout -> lv 5 escape
is that it?
one question: f_p has the power of the blue flame, right(shown in the last two volume)? the power belongs to one of the lv5 bad guy, right? so .... something is wrong here. (but f_p still has his scar which should not be there, so... never mind)

Yep. Pretty much, i think.
As for the second part...i always explain these away in my head by saying he just met someone else with the same power.

The thing is, if fp didn't shoot nathan, then claire wouldn't have WANTED to leave (she would have no reason to) and sylar would have got to her anyway.

if future peter didnt come and shoot nathan, he would have revealed that people have developed abilities through evolution, claire may have left her house to join up with nathan as she planned on revealing herself anyway, sylar would have gone to her house, no one there but he finds level 5 inmate list, he goes to level 5 WITHOUT her ability to heal, HRG shoots sylar and he dies. sylar didnt cause elle to break all the locks on level 5 because he was already dead, villains stay locked up in level 5. however, abilities are made public and im guessing claire is experimented on, she probably feels pain as sylar never attacked her, and she begins to turn bitter and evil

It's basically what Angela said, the Butterfly Effect. Changing one thing in time could cause major problems/huige changes no matter how small the initial change is. Peter thought he was doing good but has now completely screwed up time and the world is going to be destroyed, literally.

Wrong.
Sylar wanted HRG to shoot him to show him that he took Clairs ability.
If he went down there without it he woudnt be wanting to show off and would just kill them.

Assuming Sylar still went down to level 5 to get some more powers he would still have had to go through Bob and his thugs. In this case Sylar could have been hurt by another hero and fled the scene until a time he is better prepared. Or he could have been captured. In either case the villains are never released.

Not to mention that if Sylar went down into Level 5 without Claire's ability, even as bad*ss as he is, he would be facing 4 villains who are, as Angela said, "as bad or worse" than him.
In most circumstances, i'd put my money on Sylar. But with all of Primatech on his a**, i'd bet on the Company/Villains.

i read that this flint guy with the blue pyrokinesis is somehow connected to another hero, he's from texas and had a troubled childhood, i think he may be connected claire but my best bet is meredith gordon, claires bio mum
