In Dr Who. In one of the episodes a character says "He bathes in the black sun". And that was a black hole in space. Black is pretty dark, so maybe Dark Son means there is going to be a black hole. Maybe that vortex guy comes back

funny, i was the opposite - when i first heard him say that, i thought he was saying "the dark son rises" (immediate reference to arthur and one of his boys). didn't even occur to me that it might be referring to an eclipse - but now that i think about it, sure, there's supposed to be some big thing with the eclipse in future episodes. good call. another deliberate play on words by the writers....!

Maybe the eclipse is the only time they can stop Arthur.

Yeah i agree.. When utsutu said that phrase the first thing that came to my mind was the eclipse and the part on the evil force i guess its just arthur and his group of villains like knox, flint, daphne.. I'm guessing that during the eclipse the powers that people have their power cancelled, even better, all the powers that arthur took would be returned to their respective owners.. I dunno why i have this thought but yeah.
