Imagine if Arthur dies or is incapacitated and that releases the stolen powers back to their original owners.
Bye bye Arthur, welcome back Peter.
But he told Peter his powers were gone forever, to which I say.... he's a LIAR!

i think sylar might help peter get his powers back or maybe angela will get that dr zimmerman back get the haitian to restore his stolen memories and make him reconstruct the formula to give peter his powers back.
and isnt peter in haiti with haitian in the eclipse episodes? how the hell did he get there? Unless nathan flew them there

or peter got all his powers back and teleported there

i think the only key to Peter's power is the serum that Mohinder's trying inject him with until Sylar's interuption..or the same serum that Mohinder injected with Sylar in Season 2..remember the last episode and the last scene with Sylar regaining his abilties? i think that's the answer

but sylar never lost his powers they were just doormant because he had the shanti virus and was cured with mohinders antibodies and claires blood fused togethor
wait i just thought of something, remember the purity of blood thing? Maybe its mohinder?
ah well just a thought

I don't think that's the only key, otherwise it's just too simple. I think we'll see Peter become powered again at the near end of this volume.

i also thought that it'd be Mohinder's formula. seems quite plausible

im sure he can get claires power back if he injected himself with her blood. so that might be step 1 to survival.

I dunno if I want Peter to regain his powers in a scientific, controlled way. This whole show is governed by control; what you can & can't control, and if you can't control them/that/it who can? Yes an injection would/could be most accepted by the fans, but (call me hokey) I want Peter to regain his abilities through ascending himself in some unexplainable way, like the Phoenix from X-Men. I believe Arthur "turns off" abilities and mimics them himself, but I don't believe they are gone forever (unless Arthur changes your DNA, which is "plot-possible" it just hasn't been confirmed). I think with a powerful enough Hero one can surpass the "block" Arthur brings down on their powers... I would like to see Pete do something like that. Just giving him a shot and saying, "All better," makes feel like someone should give Pete a loli-pop for his boo-boo too.

Here, here! (on the "no powers for Peter" problem) Stop trying to find ways of dumping out Peter & his powers!

He'll get them back once Arthur Petrelli is killed (by Sylar)

think about it - peter falls and claire was there again
gives you a thought that his father only got electricity and tk - this is after he got claire's power
he might not lost his original ability yet - IMO claire saves peter a second time

Arthur clearly says that he has no healing powers. I don't know how you guys can come to the assumption that Claire saved him,.... thats just crazy everyone.

The only reason Peter survived the fall was because Sylar used his telekinesis to cushion the fall (you can vaguely hear the TK sound effect in the background). Arthur has definitely taken ever last one of Peter's powers. Since he took Peter's base EM, it doesn't matter if Arthur didn't take some of the powers and peter can't access them now that his EM is gone
