When Mohinder shot Sylar and the bullet stopped, was Sylar using Hiro's ability?
If so how 'cos he aint scalped Hiro yet?

hmm good question, it's probably just something sylar already had because it's the same as him being able to throw the lockers at peter during the "homecoming" episode. he has the telekenetic powers...
It was the telekinesis, we don't know if he has any powers similar to that of Hiros, but I highly doubt it at this stage.
I don't think Sylar's abilities have anything to do with Hiro's ability! 
Just telekinesis, (Which is really all Sylar needs, he is just psycho)

It could have been someone from anywhere but yeah Sylar did take that power before we were introduced to his character

It would be a little disappointing if I couldn't remember facts like that, I've seen each episode too many times to not remember

Anyway no that wasn't Hiro's power that Sylar used, it was telekinesis, an ability we've seen him use on several occasions

it couldn't have been hiro's powers since i heard on E! that[spoiler] Hiro won't be in 2nd season because he doesnt die but he stays in another time, not the present.[/spoiler]
