We have seen some powers evolve as the user grows and masters them. Does anyone think it is possible that Arthur's power is the same as Peter's but in an evolved/mastered form? If they can mimic the power maybe they learn to absorb it completely.

Just throwing it out there. I don't think so, but it would be interesting.

We don't know that much yet about Arthurs power,... but Peter did have a more advanced way of taking abilities than his dad.

The question has to be asked though. Is Arthur taking auras at the same time,.... or is his ability hooked into the aura somehow as his ability is very similar to Linda Tavaras apart from the fact he doesn't kill people when taking abilities.

I'm thinking he doesn't take the whole aura. Just the ability part of it. He leaves people with incomplete auras. Otherwise, the people he took abilities from would die, just like with Linda. I think we know all we need to about Arthur's power. It's easier to think of Linda as taking the aura, Arthur taking half and Peter taking none but copying the ability bit through the life force bit. Sylar's just a hybrid. I don't think his ability was meant for how he uses it. Especially with the whole Elle HRG thing coming up.
