If two people both had identicle powers including IA, TK, Electricity amongst other powers?
Would it be the one who is smarter without IA? or do you think IA would make them of equal knowledge?
If so, would whoever wins be by chance?

For example: if Peter gets his Empathic Mimicry power back, goes to Arthur, gets all Arthur's powers and fought eachother, who would win?

Off topic:
wtb space time manipulation so I can go watch tonights episode already.

I suppose to it would depend on who had the most and best powers. Also I don't think Arthur has IA, as they're has been no evidence to suggest he does so far.

But it would be a good fight. smile.gif

Well IA allows you to understand the grand scheme of things, but it's not gonna be as useful in a fight. So I would say that for the Arthur vs. Peter fight you described, Arthur would have won entirely because he has ALL of Peter's powers (i'm convinced that this is the case) and a few more from his earlier life, unless Peter got lucky or something. Arthur's definitely more intelligent than Peter anyway

Can't wait for Episode 8 either (it feels like it's been AGES), and let it be known this was my 300th post

I know, trying to pass the timeeee.

But Peter would get all of Arthur's ablilities due to his EM, and like you said Peter could win by chance. But with the IA you can understand how your opponent fights and their techniques of doing so.

Eh, dunno. Was a random thought.

Oh, and congrats on your 300 post count. I may join you up there someday.

IA will be useful in a fight, as it lets the user use all abilities instantly. IA is the understanding of complex mechanisms. This includes the powers aswell.

My dad could beat your dad anyday.

Back on topic:
So if Arthur would beat Peter.. How is Arthur going to die?
I'd assume Peter would be the one to do it. Or he is going to get super mobbed by like every single guy with powers.. That could be pretty awesome...

A second topic to ponder upon:
In these alternative futures we've seen (besides the current one with people running amok with powers) we've never seen Arthur take a role. Did Pinehearst never find Adam Monroe then?

Yesss heroes debates.

Oh, believe me, about 100-150 of those are in the Boys V Girls thread in the gaming area. I post in that thread like constantly when I log onto this site laugh.gif

And it looks like Arthur would only be beaten by all his sons working against him. Obviously Peter and Sylar would do most of the fighting, so Nathan's role would be some of the recon stuff
