sylar will give peter his abilites back...
newest episode HRG says"he can transfer abilites from one vessel to another"
i thing that means not only can he take abilites but he can give them also with his brain mojo thing....
just a thought...
Toudjine
thats so true!
brain mojo lol!
Shadowrun
Perhaps Arthur and Sylar have the same ability after all and that's why The Company was so interested in him. IA turns into power absorbtion and redistribution, assuming of course that Arthur can give abilities he has stolen.

I like this theory, it could work really well for me... show Sylar from Villain to Hero should he choose to help. But could Peter survive the process... I mean wouldn't need to mess with Peter's brain?
speed
that would also explain sylar standing over peter in some of the photos likes about to "sylar" him...
earth
can u show these photos? or post a link
speed
no, i can't seem to find them....maybe someone else has easier access to them?

I also like this theory!
Maybe he must sacrifice peter, but if he succeed, peters healing ability will come back as well.

i saw them on this site, i even posted a comment about them in another post awhile back.

its a picture of sylar standing over the top of peter and you can see his hand like hes going to sylar him...

Judging by pics of the new volume, I'm worried. I got a feeling lots of people are going to lose powers and be like that all the way into 'Fugitives'. That includes Peter I think. Gabriel's military outfit could imply he is powerless aswell, but I'm unsure whos side hes on as it looks similar to the kill squads getup.

hrg says "transfer power from on vassel to another".
what if he simply means "transfer power from the victim to himself" and not "transfer the powers to someone else" ?
speed
why would he say "transfer from one vessel to another", when he could simply say "take abilities" if thats all he could do?

The only big one I see left untold about Gabriel is that he may be Peters twin,.... he shows the same form on proximity empathy as Peter.

Correct. In fact, at heroestelevision.com the producers answer some spoiler questions, and they confirm that Sylar cannot give powers to others. I'm thinking, as others have suggested, that as the eclipse strips most of the Heroes of their powers we may see that it restores Peter's "base" power of empathic mimicry/power absorption. If not, certainly a "perfected" version of the serum will eventually be used to re-power him and others. I also wonder whose blood was used as "the catalyst" when the 1st generation was giving powers to their children since that was long before Claire was born. Perhaps Adam? I think they established that he'd been held captive at Primatech for years prior to Peter busting them out last season.

Sweet! He gets a corduroy jacket to replace his trench coat?

No, really... I see the company gun, and he's paired with the Haitian. Powerless. No scar, yet. Looks like they're at Pinehurst. No HRG? (deep breath) unsure.gif

Well, since the Haitian is there to turn off Arthur's powers (my guess), Peter could have powers but not be able to access them--or, he may still be powerless. On a related note--Has it ever been explained how the Haitian nullifies powers? The online graphic novels established that the Haitian's original power is memory erasure. So, is this 2ndary power natural? Was it given to him? Do we know? I don't recall any episode that explains this point.

I think after the eclipse we will see an influx of new characters with abilities, and, who knows... maybe Ando? He certainly deserves one!

If indeed the eclipse was the cause of these abilities to manifest then Peter could well get his back, if he is primed to wield one. I am now a little confused as to the premise of acquiring abilities though since it has become clear an injection can gift them. If it's genetical then it would definitely make sense that Peter gets his back.
