The 4th guy is Mohinder. He is just really badly drawn by the artist. Look at the other painting of Mohinder, when hes standing in front of Nathan/Tracy.

Yes, he's white in the painting. I thought it was weird too. Just a bad artist really.

It's really a toss-up between Mohinder and Sylar. Perhaps that was intentional? We still don't know for sure whether Sylar has finally turned good.

IMHO, I think it's Mohinder since he's becoming a raving lunatic.

Mohinder's hair line is different, I think it's Sylar.

I think its a direct ploy to throw us off the scent, But it is unusual how they painted mohinder white,
I have no clue really but im starting to sway towards mohinder because i think sylar is still trying to help angela and peter

If the painting is of Sylar, it doesn't necessarily mean that Sylar is one of the 4 Villains. From my understanding the paintings are typically just snapshots and don't necessarily reflect the truth behind the scene. Especially if Sylar is just playing along. It could be that Usutu had a vision that was misleading.

Just a thought.

u can tell exactly who the person is just from his paintings..

so this 4th person is either someone we dont know yet, or is painted purposely to put us off and have us guessing..

im 99.9999% sure its sylar. they would not introduce someone new with such an important role as one of the major villains this late in the volume. sometimes sylar chooses to shave, sometime he doesnt. mohinder is not a villain, he is just desperate to cure himself of his mutation, whereas sylar is a killer. usutu has painted these 4 villains separately around his hut, and we can clearly see sylar cutting open trevor's head in one of them
