So far we've seen the ability to shatter objects AKA Trevor's ability. It took place sometime after he killed Brian Davis and met Elle.
1st ability-Trevor (Goth Dude)-Shatter objects.
2nd ability-Perfectly hard skin
Note: Remember when the time Hiro attempted to kill Sylar then Sylar caught the sword with his hands without getting hurt?
3rd ability-Camouflage/Invisibility
Note: Remember when he visited Claire to get her ability? Claire was foolishly looking for him but he's nowhere to be found. He instantly appeared behind Claire.
