Hiro and Claire go back in time in this episode to when Claire was being handed over to Noah. Past Hiro would have been about 10, the age his brain is now, because we see him on the roof at that meeting playing a portable games console in Company Man. I assume he pays his past Mother a visit while he's there. She probably dies shortly after this because Past Hiro was about the same age when we saw her funeral. Maybe Present Hiro causes it... Hang on, I swear Hiro vowed never to go that far back in time again. Maybe it's because of his memory loss...

I assume that he gets His memory back before that. Otherwise why and How would he know to go to the rooftop?

Ando mentioned going there before the Manga shop scene but I haven't heard that Ando goes back, too. Maybe Hiro and Ando have their big Ando kills Hiro argument before then.
