Peter already had contact with Parkman, why didn't he absorb his power then?? Also, when Peter had contact with SYlar did he absorb all of Sylar's power?

Peter has absorbed Matts powers, back when Matt and Audrey were talking to him. And he has absorbed Sylars powers, he doesn't know what they heck they are to access them! He saw Sylar use the Telekinesis on him which was why he was able to use it that ability.

That's most likely, I don't think that Peter really knows much about Matts ability but he probably will soon enough with Matt around

Peter has to know about Parkman's power, because when Peter was reading Audrey's mind when they had him in the interrogation room, i just think he doesn't use it, just like we basically had to wait till epsidoe 20 before Sylar used the Ice power...The power i'm wondering why he hasn't used yet is the super hearing ability, because if Peter being near Ted automatically activates his power then the hearing should have been the same way till he was able to control it.

So back to the question, "Why doesn't Peter have Parkman's Power?"...

I would say he has his powers, he's just not using it [for now, most likely...]

I'd say the question is answered, he does have parkman's power. I'd say he has all of Sylar's too, he just hasn't used any of them. He hasn't really used the TK very much either, which means he hasn't tapped into his inner 'Sylar' often so it's understandable he isn't exhibiting more of Sy's powers.
