Full Version: Do you think Linderman owns Primatech Paper?
Got Heroes > Heroes: Episode Discussion > Season One > Chapter 18 - "Parasite"
Tim Kring
Clearly, Linderman was able to get Candice to perform for him. To get Jessica to give him Micah!

So what do you think is the deal? Is Linderman the OWNER/RUNNER/PERSON above all LAW? I believe, and this is a strong belief, that Linderman is the successor of all this! Kinda like "The Omega Agency," (the underground politics of America...)

Please! Discuss!

I think so, Linderman is way more powerful than anyone assumed and if Thompson wanted to send Parkman and Sprague to Linderman then he has to be more powerful than Thompson..at least one would assume
efrens
Who else?
The nominees for Primatech Paper gods narrows to only Mr. Nakamura and Mr. Linderman...
that's what I'm guessing so far...
A Lone Gunman
One thing that puts doubt in my mind is Claire. Linderman's biggest interest relies on Nathan, if he knew that Claire was alive I imagine that he would have put a lot more security on Claire. He seems rather oblivious to it. If he knew about Claire he would have told Nathan about it.

I imagine that Linderman and Primatech are just Partners. Linderman probably just requested from Primatech to bring Mystique (whatever her name is).
Supergirl
See I thought that theory would be too obvious but apparently not, I guess Linderman does, but why? Seems bizzare...

I agree with A Lone Gunman that Linderman and Primatech are just Partners that share the same interests. It would be to obvious for Linderman to own it....just my thoughts......

Yeah, all paths cross to Linderman, so it would only make sense for him to own and opperate just about everything! ...so far...

What are you talking about? Linderman knows about Claire and he told Nathan so in the speech he gave him in the kitchen at the end of episode 18

Linderman is definetly the giant octopus of the show (stretching out and having a hold on everything), I don't know if he owns Primatech Paper persay but he is definetly involved

Yeah... This is true... I wonder if it will be ever revealed whether or not he has children as well! I am begining to wonder if his children, (if he has any), work for Primatech??? And maybe that is the reason why he has connections???

Well Linderman will probably be in the rest of the season and maybe next season as well so there are opportunities for them to give more background to his character

yes! this is true! Especially since the next season is supposed to
focus on the previous generation of Heroes!
In that case, we will most likely see
Papa Petrelli
in ACTION! ANd see his power! If he has one...

Uh..
04/24 - [Here is what] mastermind Tim Kring told me about season two, "There are plans to add one new, one big character next season." I’m told that character is female—to even out the gender ranks a wee bit. Tim also told me that those Heroes who remain are likely to stick around, 'cause he's changed his m.o. "I thought Heroes was going to have an ever-shifting cast," he says, "but the cast hit in such big ways that now the challenge is to figure out how to use them all and still fold in a couple of new people, because I still think that the origin stories are the most fascinating, in some ways." Sources tell me visions from the future are not always as they seem. Source: Kristin on E!Online
So I don't know how much of the
previous generation
that we will see

..anyways do I think Linderman owns Primatech Paper..it's definetly a possibility
String Theory
I don't think so, either... I think some totally unknown character owns the Company... not Linderman.

Linderman is like a mobster. he is in control of everything. Gangs and most importantly, the business that takes heroes and tracks them. Of course he can use Candice because she is part of the company. And she seems to really like him, could there be a love interest...
suibhne
Id love to know how me made his money though, he can heal people not as if he can make a load of money off that unless he exposed himself.
herofansam
hmm he definately had power over candice but tht doesnt mean he owned the paper company... and really, does it even really matter if he did or didnt own it? haha
Stevie E
Linderman was a front for a special group of heroes who have many fingers in many pies...!
