Starting this episode, Ted Sprague and Matt Parkman, together with HRG will set a journey to NYC in order to destroy some sort of a tracking system... What the **** does that tracking blah blah mean?

If they are being literally tracked down, then Primatech people should not let it happen...
Do you think this tracking system does something with the explosion?

...and Ted Sprague is going there...
...and NYC is going to explode...

We already know that the tracking system employs little radioactive pieces that are placed in their necks. If the tracking system involves something radioactive, it's possible that the tracking system itself is the bomb, or that Ted/Peter's radioactivity reacts somehow with the tracking system and that triggers it.

Its likely that this has to do with the splosion, thats how its beginning to look to me anyway. If Sylar knows about it he won't need the list anymore will he??

I don't know, it doesn't seem to me like the explosion and the tracking device are connected in that way, I could be wrong but it just seems like the devices will be turned off if Ted and Matt go to New York

Also, from the preview of "5 Years Gone," Peter said; "...I was the bomb/explosion!" So this may be the case, and we are OVER-thinking a little bit...
