They just mention her name in that one, if thats the video. There is no mention of her actually being alive.

That is prabably the reason why the young Molly is not listed in the credits for "5 Years Gone." (obviously...)

You know how Simone is going to be in "How to Stop an Exploding Man"? Along with her father, Charles, and Isaac Mendez? Well, I just got done watching Episode 20 and saw the preview for 21.
What if her power... [spoiler]is to be some sort of medium... she can communicate with the dead, or possibly even bring them into physical existence temporarily. That's how she'll help to stop Sylar... by temporarily channeling other "sylared" heroes into existence... and maybe they could steal back their powers for the moment. I don't know... I just really thing that she'll be connected with their appearances.[/spoiler]

I think [spoiler]she has something to do with others being present in the final episode of the season. Maybe somehow channeling them. Perhaps she's a medium? We'll soon see.[/spoiler]

You know how the previews mess around with us... Thompson might have been, (and VERY WELL could've been), talking about someone else... There are 3-7 other women in the show as well, so we'll just have to wait and see...

I dont think they would down right mislead like that, I think Thompson is really talking about Molly.
But I dont think that whatever her power is she is the only one who can stop him, I bet Peter could too.
But I cant wait to see what her power is it will be cool, maybe she can draw something and then whatever she draws she can bring to life or make it happen so she can draw Sylar dying. Not like Isaac where he can paint the future, but she can draw something and make it happen.
She was drawing it looked like in the promo, thats just my theory its probably wrong.
It doesnt even have to be drawing maybe she can just think it.

Usually if they say something, it may have a loophole like Peter dying in episode 19. So she very well could be the one to stop Sylar and I'm definetly intrigued as to what her power is

BiggestHeroesfan has a good Idea, but I'm thinking she could extract Powers that's why Sylar is draging her out. How he lost the rest of his powers, and only the one we have seen are left. Also why Sylar never went back after her.
