I loved the eclipse! They should have it in the premiere for every season (they probably already thought of that) but besides that the preview didn't give much though the samurai in blue seems to be Kensei (I'm thinking Hiro's ancestor)

Yeah Te Eclipse was excellent. The Wait is Here. Im Hibernating. So is season two rumoured to be about families and how the heroes came about ? So that would be Hiro's ancestor and the sword he stole off linderman was his ancestor.

It was great to see the eclipse and the symbol and yes Generations will focus on basically all the older group of people and especially the Nakamura family

I wouldn't be half surprised if Kensai actually IS Hiro(my friend pointed this out to me) It would be plain shocking(well not for me) if it was the case and just be great.

I think that would be a bit too much. I still think that the blue samurai is Kensai which would go against Hiro being Kensai since by the eyes it doesn't look like Hiro at all

its hiros dad.... remember the conversation hiros dad had with him when he was teaching him to fight, also you can see that behind kensis armor is the actor that plays hiros dad

If you look closely at the eyes it's apparent that it is George Takei (Kaito, Hiro's father)

Also you should post that in the volume 2 spoilers topic, it doesn't fit in this one so much

people seem to forget that 'kensei' is not a person, but a title ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kensei ). Which could mean that the man on the horse is a kensei (i.e. Hiros father). hiro becomes a kensei, namely Takezo Kensei

Well instead of typing out Takezo Kensei we shorten it to just Kensei. I realize that that is a title but we are referring to the person that Hiro has talked about

So the 'kensei' talked about here, is Takezo kensei.



But the 'kensei' meant here, is the one on the horse, with the flag (presumably George Takei), which (I think) is not Takezo. Also, Hiro is said to get a love interest, a certain Princess Keriyama (which could lead to the story with the 'dragon' and the 'cutting his own hart out'). (Unless he steals Takezos girl, which i think wouldn be such a good idea )

Hence my comment.

AKA - The scene that clearly shows Kensei is Japanese.

Well technically no because the ending scene was when it showed the cockroach on the sewer, that part is the beginning scene of Episode one of season two (Volume Two "Generations" Four Months Later)

Well, it is how "How to stop an exploding man!" ended, technically speaking that is.....becasuse Greg did say the last few minutes of the season finale' was how Season 2 would open up!!

Greg Grunberg: Yes, exactly. But the last three minutes are the beginning of next season which is cool. That's what he means. The last three minutes of the season finale are the first three minutes of next season, which is something we've been doing on the show all year long.
