I'm still unclear as to whether our art has to be purely Heroes. If it is I will quickly remove the ones that aren't. I'm definately not as talented as the people on here,but I thought I'd post what I'd made here.

Thank you all very, very much. I like the first Hana one too and the last Hiro one turned out really well. Thanks Aerdna, but sometimes my blending works out and sometimes it doesn't. I have this one of Bellatrix Lestange and it's not so great with the blending. You should join the graphic making. I'm sure you'd be wonderful.Thank you all very much though. I hate her so much too! After what she did to Sirius there's no forgiving her, but I didn't like her before then. I use Gimp 2. here's the Bellatrix banner and a Sirius one cause he's my favorite.

Oh yeah, I tried using GIMP, but I got really confused and took it off my computer, and I couldn't find where to install the help portion. Now I have Paint.NET, which is basically the same thing, and I still have no clue how to blend

Anyways...I see what you mean with the blending for the Bellatrix Lestrange one. For the left picture, maybe you should brighten it and give it more contrast? And your Sirius Black one looks good

Thanks for the tip. I love the Sirius one. I had an issue with the blurry pic and yeah it should be brighter but i kinda forgot and I didn't like Bellatrix so i didn't spend much time on it hehe. Maybe I'll go back and fix it later.

With the Bella one (GGRRR DIE YOU WITCH) anyway lol perhaps you need a different pic on the left? Maybe that might blend a bit better? Cuz the right side looks pretty cool

Yep this has really paid off. Sirius is so totally my favorite too and I'm in love with him too.I'm glad you like his banner. He's my fave so I took more time with his to make sure it looked just right lol. I love all the Heroes ones! My only issue is the blue border around the Peter/Sylar one, I think a different color (orangey red perhaps) would be better suited Wonderful work though, especially the Peter/Simone and Hiro one

Those are really good, I love the Peter/Simone one! I still haven't made my icon of that yet lol I haven't been on the PC all that much! I'd suggest perhaps making your borders smaller maybe no bigger then 2 or 3 pixels.

And that Remus one is amazing! I adore him too, but Sirius is my fav!

I know it'll look amazing when you get around to it. Good suggestion thanks! I don't like to do borders much. I don't know why. I just felt like doin them to those Sirius is my fave too. I adore Remus, but he's no Sirius let's face it.

I've done it!

And my advice is to just experiment with the borders, sometimes you need em sometimes you don't, so try doing the graphic with a border and without and see what looks better. I usually do that, and sometimes they work, other times they don't. Same with text as well hope that helps you out!

But I do think your Sirius banner is amazing and your Remus one is right up there! Really great stuff

Thank you! I really appreciate that. I saw your avatar and it was amazing, awesome and every glowing adjective under the sun. When I make banners I do the whole border thing like with or without. Then I'll upload it cause I'm tired of lookin at it and ask one of my graphic making friends how it looks lol. Thank you for the tips though all of you! I plan on looking at Faux Secrets tutorials some more tomorrow and try and make some new stuff over the weekend. Thanks again

I'm not sure if they should be bigger or not though because they look kinda weird bigger and there are also some banners. One of my Peter banners didn't turn out how I wanted it to but Faux made a tutorial so I might remake it later.

Ooo the boys of Supernatural the one thing that bugs me is in the Jared Padalecki sig in the pic to the right his head looks like it's been cut a bit

Oh it's not problem. I love to make things. I'll get right on your Mohinder banner do you have any certain pics you want me to use? If so you can pm them to me.

I like all your banners but your fonts on some of them do seem a bit conspicuous. Maybe try making them more of a color that comes from the icon? Maybe experiment with kerning and tracking if you can and try out a buncha different fonts to see which one goes with the mood of the banner the best.

My favorites are the Ali Larter, Milo Ventimiglia, and Transformers ones.
