08/06 - Claire's new boyfriend can fly, and for one particular romantic getaway he picks her up and carries her to the Hollywood sign atop Mt. Lee. 07/30 - The powers of new Heroes Maya (Dania Ramirez) and Alejandro (Shalim Ortiz) are connected. Dania told us this about her brother, "We need each other." We also hear that despite reports the fraternal twins are from the Dominican Republic, they're actually from Central America and will either be leaving from or at least passing through San Cristobal, Honduras. 07/24 - Lyndsy Fonseca is out as Claire's gay cheerleader pal. She's out as in, off the show. According to Heroes creator Tim Kring, Fonseca's role had to be cut short after she landed that series-regular gig on Desperate Housewives . "She wasn't a pivotal character," Kring says of Claire's pal, who will now appear in just one episode. "The idea was that that part would grow, but it never got a chance to." 07/20 - Jack Coleman, who plays Noah Bennet-also known as HRG (Horn-Rimmed Glasses)- in NBC's Emmy-nominated series Heroes, told SCI FI Wire that his character will still have a dark edge to him at the beginning of the second season. "It makes it very clear, in the very first episode of this year, he's not defanged," Coleman said. [...] Coleman revealed that in the second-season premiere, which picks up several months after the events of the season finale, his character has been reunited with his adopted daughter, Claire (Hayden Panettiere), and his wife (Ashley Crow) and son (Randall Bentley). "The Bennet family has relocated," he said. "I can't tell you exactly where. And it's a new world. The secrets they keep from each other are new secrets. The old secrets have all been divulged. We're not retreading the old ground. But there's old ghosts. Old habits are about to rear their ugly head in a very dramatic way. The Bennets are together to start, but in a very difficult, awkward circumstance that they all have to try to deal with. And it gets pretty sticky pretty quickly." 05/27 - The yet-to-be-titled Season 2 premiere will introduce new series regular Maya, a Hispanic woman in her mid 20s. The episode will also introduce Kane, a recurring character that may become a possible regular. This man in his late 20s is referred, in the info we were given, as an ageless American with an European feel. He is said to be a charming womanizer who as a soul that seems to be older than he appears to be. A new Japanese recurring female character will be named Princess Keriyama. A few high school characters living in California will be added to the recurring cast. They are: Gay cheerleader April; charming 18-year-old West, who doesn't fit in much; May, a mean cheerleader high schooler. Other recurring characters making their first appearances in the premiere are: Georgie and Blackie, two Irish thieves, who are under orders of 45ish ringleader Ricky; friendly 40-year-old mild-mannered Bob who is said to be the "unassuming face of a very powerful organization"; NYPD detective Kincaid. Well, the cheerleaders names sure seem to be on the subject of months...
I wonder if they're even going to show us how the four that were left in peril from the season finale are doing. We'll probably get some mentions and then at the end if Peter and Nathan are alive we'll see them. And then have to wait for the next episode.

I hope they don't follow that route, I don't think they would be so cruel or at least I hope

So we're to believe that Hiro was stuck in 1676 (I think) Japan for four months as well? You'd think after that he would have found a way back...everything can't magically happen to everyone 4 months after everything happens so hopefully they don't make it that way.

And then again, Hiro always could have stayed by choice because of his love interest princess.

No let me explain for everyone else their storylines will happen 4 months after where the finale left off..however for Hiro his storyline will pick up right where we last saw him (in the middle of a conflict)

Ohhh, that does make sense doesn't it? Since it's back in time anyway and four months in everyone else's time hasn't even happened yet...

The future that we saw in episode 20 doesn't exist any more because New York wasn't destroyed though I'm still sure that both Nathan and Peter are alive

Well I knew that, I'm still curious as to where the both of them are? (4 months later)

He has the lovely power of being cute and the annoying power of peeing on everyones Beds!

Nice though I think that for a very brief moment they were seriously considering giving Mr. Muggles powers..glad they never followed that route

Hmm Nathan blamed for "killing" Peter, that's interesting..and I wonder what Claire cuts off that made the crowd gasp (good thing she isn't a guy )

And I heard it was her pinky toe. Yay, we get to see if she can re-grow limbs!

I want to see that clip so bad i hope it surfaces on the internet

Eh well that isn't too bad, just a little stub of a thing but I am intrigued since this would be the first time that she actually loses a limb and they never really got into that before

The only thing that her power could recover in that case is that if she would put the limb back in its place so it can be "repaired" by her cells again.

If she won't, only the wound would heal so the bleeding will stop cause I don't think that a limb would regrow like in a lizards case.

Which is why I ask if Claire had her arm cut off and she accidently stuck it on backwards, what would she do? Cut it off and put it on the right way? seems too comical

She will be cutting off her "pinky toe" as they showed on the panels preview that wasn't allowed to get filmed.

As has been widely reported, "Generations" seems to be the title of the first new episode.


- Hiro stands in an ancient Japanese field (I've seen this footage before somewhere already too).
- Then Mohinder in India searching for something in a marketplace.
- Quick flash of George Takei, then of Greg Grunberg, so it looks like both are back (at least for flashbacks).
- Nathan Petrelli (Adrian Pasdar) was shown with an extremly long and haggard beard.
- The psychic little girl is back too (Molly).
- Claire is then shown cutting her own toe off.
- Then a final shot of Peter Petrelli (Milo Ventimiglia) in some sort of cell, as the door is opened and light shines on him.

- Everything was really quick but we saw Matt shoot and kill someone.
- Mohinder apparently out traveling the world.
- Molly is staying with Matt and having nightmares about that Big Bad seeing her.

Um, no the spoiler about West is supposedly going to be driving the speeding car that Claire steps out in front of........which I am hoping he'll hit her with.......but, from some of the behind-the-scenes pics.......I think he'll barely clip her if at all from what I am seeing.

Didn't know that..ah well I guess he'll see her powers soon enough then
