I'm actually quite surprised by her singing ability. She doesn't stand out, but she does have a better voice than I suspected. I hate the way Disney made her voice sound completely computerized on all of the songs she recorded with them I had always doubted her singing abilities because of that, but perhaps I was more afraid of her style, that she would turn out to be bubble-gum pop like all the other Disney singers, but we'll see come the release of her album.

She's a pretty good singer, much better than I would of thought. Im glad she chose to act rather than sing though.

Well, she is coming out with an album so she sings too, but I think her acting is better than her singing.

I agree but then again besides this short clip of singing the national anthem I've only heard her sing the Disney pop songs so I would like to hear more

do u guys notice that all actors can sing. i mean seriosusly how they do that? is that a prerequirement to be an actor?

hmmmm quite untrue... i have heard many horrible voices from the celebrities.
but on the contrary, hayden did well!! shes great!

yeah i think that because they have the fame, they'll try to do other things only because they have that opportunity. a lot of actors sing and a lot of singers act. it's just a mixed business and if they get lucky to pursue the other half, most will take it.

I've heard her sing Cruella De Vill song from some disney album and I find her singing skills quite good. She has lots of potential.

Good singing ability, not great, but I can see it going from strength to strength. I am looking forward to her Album when it comes out, it is good to see it is being released by Hollywood Records, the same company that deals with other young stars such as Hilary Duff, as they seem to have a pretty good track record.

shes good, no where near amazing but id still get her album to support her.

Oddly enough, I have asked myself this, as every stupid person to be spawned from Disney channel has this strange phenomenon in their head that they are all singing superstars as well as God's gift to acting, having 2 preteen sisters praise the ground that they walk on doesn't help either.


I truly hope Hayden doesn't get all into singing. I could really care less about the music industry, it's mostly crap now anyways.

I myself used to be a huge fan of Disney but i just don't understand why all the actresses start releasing songs. They have loads of albums called Disney Mania 1,2 etc. and it's just the stars singing classic songs from old movies and then making a music video and then thinking their career is singing. The thing that makes Hayden stand out from them in my opinion is that she has taken on bigger projects and hasn't stuck to the same types of roles. For example Ashley Tisdale, I have absolutley nothing against her btw, but i just think that at her age of 22 she should really be taking on some more challenges and i think she is starting more films but she is still signed on with Disney.
