I really liked the first part of the Betty story this looks really cool.
It seems like she has a similar power to Candice, but I think she might actually have the ability to change another persons physical appearance and maybe her own awell.
I think this is potentially a really cool character, I wonder if she will make it onto the actual show next season.

I haven't read this one yet if she can change appearances that'd be interesting I guess, reminds me of "Ugly Betty"

She kinda is alot like Ugly Betty except gothic and in high school.
All the pretty popular people make fun of her so yeah it kinda is like that.

This actually seems to be Candice to me. :/
The reasons why:

- her power
- her comments in landslide when she were talking to micah (she is "big" too, eating a lot, she thinks that the world and the people with a bad attitude against people who are "different" by they looks or "ways" suck and so on....)
- her real looks and how she changed them in the novel
- in the novels they seem to revealing the backgrounds of the recurring characters one after another until season two starts. They started with the Haitian and the posibillity to follow up with Candice is high.

And in the novel it said that Betty wanted to change her name.

Now that you are bringing it up... I certainly agree that Betty could be Candice. Great observation!

They also gave the story a nice twist now in the third part so I'm very curious what it's gonna happen in part 4.
One thing is for sure..... I know that part 4 will leave me wanting to know more cause the third seemed to be a "shortie" and if they keep the 4th part the same size it will be another "shortie" for sure. :/

I definatly think that Betty will turn out to be Candice Wilmer their powers are identicle.
If not this will be the first time we have heard of a power that more than one person has.

The 4th part was released....
To make it as short s this series about candice was(way too short ),
it was the most dissappointing comic series they released so far and the writer did really a poor job when it comes to such a cool character.

I guess the reason why they didn't added the way she came to linderman and such is because we will see more of this character in the second season and they will probably show flashbacks that might include her aswell.

The reason I think she didn't tried to really hurt the others in school (she could had pulled the whole thing longer so they turn out like the boy in the first issue), shows that she actually is not THAT bad of a person and that the reason she did that to that boy was partially unintentional.

Anyway.. they could had made more ouf of the character and the story but oh well...

I just hope that missy will stay in the second season and get some screening time for candice.

I agree that the Betty series was kinda rushed to reveal Candice's true identity but I liked the way they ended it.

For all we know Candice could still be high school aged.

I wonder how she was able to keep her Candice form when Niki knocked her out, maybe after a certain amount of time that became a permanet illusion or something.

One of the writers said that she was able to keep some kind of control over her power when she was knocked out or something like that
