I think that's what it's implying...although it is pretty early for them to be revealing juicy info like that. I'm becoming convinced it's a red herring.

lawl. Yeah, I was pretty sure DL was a goner too. I guess this leaves one choice left as to why he hasn't been at the press conferences and the photoshoots: serious demotion. Or perhaps Niki and DL have split up [meaning Leonard was written out of the script]. That would not be cool at all.

I can't see why Niki and DL would split, they seemed to love each other quite a bit during the finale, this could really only mean that he's been demoted to recurring

Yeah, that would be the most messed up part about the split, but a lot can happen in four months unfortunately. At this point I guess it can go either way.

Hmm maybe Niki is the one who goes back to her alcoholic ways and they split

I guess that his role got the status of recurring after roberts got other bigger commitments workwise and after the fans didn't shared much love with DLs character.

At least not as much as for the other regulars. :/
I mean see HRG and Sylar, they both turned to regulars mostly because of the fans.

On a other note, it was the writers and producers fault because they didn't gave DLs character much screening in the first place so.... how are the fans supposed to connect to a character if they don't even get to see him?

What bugs me in that case is that after the fans start sharing some love with the character that FINALLY got some depth, the writers/producers put exactly this character down. -.-

Oh well....

Something just occurred to me. Micah's screen name is probably representing what's going on in the Heroes realm in real time. It may appear DL is alive now, but we still have a month to go until four months have passed since the bomb. DL may end up dying in a way we might not expect. And for the audience who doesn't keep up with any of the 360 material will think he died from the bullet. Win-win situation for the writers who wanted to dispose of his character.

Well the fact that Leonard Roberts isn't in the cast images is proof enough and they did say that someone wasn't going to make it into season two
