Grey's Anatomy is one of my favorite shows and though the season seemed to get off to a rocky start it seems to be doing better now. Anyone have any thoughts or love the show?

I agree and though I'm disappointed that Heroes didn't win the Golden Globe, I am glad that it went to the next best thing (Grey's Anatomy)

the great thing about gray's anatomy is that there is something for all demographics for instance i am a red blooded male and i appreciate good story telling and acting but the hook for me with grays is Katherine Heigl she is an amazing actress and smoking hot so i keep watching because of that but its not the be all and end all of the show as there is such a strong narrative in the show that it is kinda like ER its flowing storylines from week to week its so consistantly good that the cast deserve to win everything they are up for in the awards season even if it does beat heroes as they havent hit there stride yet but they will win stuff in there second year and beyond

Katherine Heigl is an amazing actress especially during the Deni storyline, it's unfortunate that she didn't win the golden globe

Well I need to first see next week's episode before I can determine whether or not killing off Isaiah would be good as a storyline

That's still one of the best episode of the entire series, episode 16 of season 2, I'm not surprised that that was the episode to get you hooked

Hey, nothin' wrong with a husband supporting his wife by watching a show, my wife had a show she enjoyed, so I watched it with her once, then I decided to be a caring husband and be sure to watch every episode with her (or without her). The show was called Alias.....hey, get your mind out of the gutter, I'm sure there was a plot in there somewhere....

I get to watch the last two episodes again tonight because MY HUSBAND IS COMING HOME!!! (I know, I am a sucker, he has only been gone for 2 and 1/2 weeks this time). He has emailed me about 9 times from the ship asking what happened, but I won't tell him, nope, he has to have SOME excuse to come home!

I'm happy Grey's Anatomy is finally going back to the kind of episodes that first made me fall in love with the show. Tonight was an amazing episode and I get the feeling that next week's trilogy episode storyline will be fantastic

Thought this thread deserved a shock back to life. I'm currently near the end of the second season I am loving the show.
Season 2: 16. It's The End Of The World
Season 2: 17. (As We Know It)
^ Two of the best episodes to any series I've ever seen.
T.R. Knights character is fantastic too.

travis needs to create a site like this one for greys!! but yes the premiere was good - loved the christina and alex moment, really nice change for both those characters and shows that they both have vulnerable sides (aww)

I love Grey's Anatomy soo much. My sister is a physiotherapist and is really into hospital dramas and she used to do my head in with them especially ER, i could bever really get into it! i was watching tv one night and she was like get up grey's anatomy is on, and i was like oh no do i have to watch this too and she was like you don't have to. so i didn't! i just sat on the couch reading a magazine. it was the first episode of season 3 and i was occasionally looking at the tv. Then my magazine was slowly slipping out of my hand as i started to get really into it. it was a bit confusing as to what was going on with the whole Izzie lying on the floor. but my sister explained everything which made me even more hooked so now im sitting waiting for my sister to remember to bring the box sets home the next time she's down. For now i'm watching the first few episodes on the internet and season 3 on tv. The UK is a bit behind, well the station i'm watching it on anyway.

i LOVE Grey's anatomy soooooo much!!! My sister watched season 1, but i didnt watch them..... then randomly watched an episode in season 2, i was speechless. i was like, 'why didnt i realize how good this show is??!!' from that day onward, i was so hook to GA. i never miss an episode of it. not a big fan of Gizzie though... i mean, they are great as friends, but not good as couple... Izzie should be with denny or alex. i know denny was dead and alex was a jerk... but i just like the way izzie and alex together, they're so cute!!! miss addison very much... can someone tell me whether private practice is worth watching???

I too did not watch GA in S1...It was on the same night as The OC and at the time I was obsessed with The OC.....So I bought GA on DVD S1 it was $9.00 in Target and only 8 episodes so I watched them than I became hooked....And started watching GA and DVRing The OC than....Now i have nothing to worry about it is just GA Thursday at 9:00 for me...
I really like Addison too...I miss her and I miss "Private Practice"....Private Practive returns in the fall but for me PP in definitely worth watching ....I was more Disappointed not to get PP back this spring more so than "Heroes" actually....When I heard Heroes will not return until fall I was like okay oh crap but i can wait no big deal ... But when i heard PP was not returning until fall I was disappointed for a few weeks and still am a little bit...

well i just watched the first 3 episode of grey's anatomy and private practice (i know in my country, they are really slow) ...
and you know what?
i don't think GA live up to my expectation ... izzie started to annoy me. well actually i hate her relationship with george, and she is the third party and she wants george to leave callie??? i was like, b****, leave george and callie alone, if george really wants to divorce her, he will.
and i don't think PP will be as good as GA... no surgery caught my attention (afterall it is a private practice...) and i don't like addison as much as i love her in GA.
so i'm a little bit disappointed with these 2 shows now, hope that it will get better as the season goes.
