Now, 9th has started these new guidelines for fan fiction, you can see them at the top of the page, Bozinka posted it. I have pmed mods about them, even reported my own fic as in violation of it(Incubus Indulgence is noticeably absent for that reason.) I've heard things about 9th's RPG section being looked at more closely, also. With that said, whenever there is a crackdown on speech, there will be a rebellion of sorts. I wish not to take away from 9th or GH, but I have created a forum for fiction and basically a bigger Rogues Gallery.

You won't have to fear having topics deleted unless you post porn or insult people with curses, pretty much.
