Actually Peter is in it really briefly, it's near the end when it all speeds up and someone hugs him, (it's when there's nearly 11 seconds left)

I thought that was the new character Alejandro and he was hugging Maya.

I don't think that is him. It looks more like Wes or Maya's brother.
And nathan is in the preview twice.

The guy in the broken mirror at about 32-33 looks an awful lot like Nathan to me...

His name is West and he will become Claire's new boyfriend plus he has the ability to fly

I'm assuming you haven't read any of the spoilers? But I'll fill you in. His name is West. He's what I'm calling 'super-powered Zach' since early spoilers described him with just about the same characteristics as Zach. He can fly, just like Nathan. And he's going to be Claire's boyfriend.

That is much better quality but I don't know I still can't tell, I'm not good at being able to tell when it goes so quickly

I am quite psyched about getting a new cast, and judging by this trailer, it will be too many recycling of the old cast. It's far from me not liking them, but I really enjoy the idea of a clean slate at the start of the new season (new story, and new cast. But I cant help but love sylar.)

Actually that idea was trashed a while ago, they are keeping the same cast with a few additions

No I think it's too many, four added cast members, it's a lot

I just thought it was interesting to see newer and newer characters get added on, and later see how they were all connected. It seems with the old cast this sort of plot twist will be rare and few.
