I bet the one who is suppose to be death but isn´t is peter and yes .. everything looks bad for candice

The one who is "dead" is most likely Peter and I would assume that it could be DL that dies

Candice is supposed to appear in the second season but I don't think that she has to do anything with those deaths. I guess they mean that matt or peter were presumed dead but survived but a other one will die and for that it seems that D.L. is out.

I don't think that they would have Matt presumed to be dead, especially since we saw him so clearly in the promos
