What does that mean

Well since it is said that sylar will kill in the first episode(stated by zachary himself) but now it is said that he will firstly appear in the third one (Kindred), than something can't be right.

Maybe they decided to incorporate the scenes from what he thought was the first episode into the third episode, either that or someone is screwing up the information

Maybe he means the 1st episode he appears in, which means he first appears in the 3rd episode and kills?
