Never been done before...you've got the capability to watch current TV Shows on the networks' site(s)......you have the ability to download canceled shows......you have the ability to Broadcast yourself on Youtube.com and the like.......but, what would happen if you could watch some TV Shows anytime you wanted for FREE with advertising via download and/or streaming video.....or subscribe monthly and get non-intrusive ads and you can download and/or watch it via streaming video........all formats.....available anywhere in the world.....and translated into every possible language as sub-titles......or imagine much like the old Godzilla Movies.


We will be able to:

1-Create rotating Java Script/HTML/Flash/Shockwave programing that will make it rotate coding and if some dares to hack into our system it will take their COOKIES/LOCATION/NAME and send it to us and the proper authorities.

2-Be contracted with the major air and cable networks to show episodes that they are airing themselves, to be contracted to be able to take-over the production of the show, if the network chooses to cancel it within their programming schedule.

3-Advertising that will take care of the majority of the cost.

4-We will revive old shows that have been sent to early graves.

5-It will be a BLUE RIBBON online network that will provide FREEDOM of SPEECH/EXPRESSION.

6-We will have our own production locations, as well as, current studios and locations.

7-We will not be set into a demographic set up by an error-filled ratings system. Hits and Downloads, polls, and viewer comments will set the precedence for the shows and production.

8-And so so much more into the future.


What we need:

1-People who wish to invest short-term, long-term, willing to work for free if necessary to get it all set-up.

2-Legal and Accountanting people who know how to deal with the networks......also be willing to work on commission only, based on successful business ventures that are completely contracted and safe-guarded in this companies favor.

3-IT and Web Designers....once again willing to work on commission and/or free until operations are fully established with financing secured.

4-Sales Agents to go out and get advertisers.........commissioned based and/or free until operations are fully established with financing secured.

5-Production Companies......commissioned based and/or free until operations are fully established with financing secured.

6-We need shows' Executive Producers, behind-the-scenes people, and down through the actors/actresses to revive dead shows......or pitch new shows and pilots...........commissioned based and/or free until operations are fully established with financing secured.

7-Promotions staff that would be willing to go out on the street, make phone calls, send e-mails, and/or anything and everything it takes, right down to making a fool out of yourselves, in order to get this companies name out and make it huge..........commissioned based and/or free until operations are fully established with financing secured.

8-And anyone else that is interested in being a part of a start-up company and making it the next BIG THING.........that Google will make offers and offers of millions-to-trillions of dollars to own......that is if we ever decide it's time to sell............commissioned based and/or free until operations are fully established with financing secured.
