Good for him, so many times have I worked in a job that was thankless, pointless and had to deal with jerks like that guy. At least Noah had the proverbial 'balls' to stand up to him.

Noah was oddly enough one my favourite parts of the episode xD
I guess it must be rather odd for him working there.

It reminded me something that it is easy to forget, namely how badass Noah is. He may not have powers, but he is no doubt very well trained in fighting, perhaps marksmanship, very smart. A formidable opponent for any hero/villain/company

At the beginning of the show it says sth. like "some don't know about their powers" when Noah is shown....
Just wild guessing

But even w/o powers he's capable of doing alot for his Claire-Bear, even getting shot, erasing his own memory, loosing his job, trying to kill his former boss etc....

There hasnt been any indication that he has an ability and I think he doesnt have any.
But nonetheless... Noah is by far one of the dangerous people in Heroes. He knows alot of different people with their abilities of which he also knows their weaknesses etc. That makes him even more dangerous.
Im just glad hes on the "good" side

i think he would know about powers if he had them because he worked for "The company".unless ofc they were/are keeping it a secret lol

At first this bothered me just because he once was a powerful figure for your not-so-typical paper company, doesn't mean he's above everyone else.
Though that boss of his was a little snot

Yay badass!

Did anyone notice the scar on his manager's forehead? I wasn't sure if it was the actor's scar or he was Sylar'd...they made it awfully noticeable.

I totally noticed that too, I even went back several times on my tivo, just about there being a scar.. if it's the actors they could of make-uped it, but what if it was placed there... hmm.

Yes and no... Adrian has quite a few scars on his face that the makeup crew hasn't covered up.
Perhaps it's something... perhaps not. We'll see

If the guy had in fact been "sylar'd" he would be dead, If sylar took his brain out, he wouldn't be alive anymore. That's how it works. But there is still somthing fishy about it if the scar is that visible.
Could someone post a screenshot of his scar?? that would help.

An interesting thing to note about HRG's actions in the pilot episode was that he was the one who told Cliare to "act normally" and yet, he was the one who stirred some shit up in the presence of another individual (ie: threatening his manager). At least Claire didn't do that flip when people were looking.

I must say that that family dinner is one of the most award dinners I have ever seen! Haha.
So, my question is, is Claire's brother aware of the entire set-up or was his memory erased? As well as the mother? (Maybe, because she's kissing with the dog again!)

What a hypocrite......"Act normal while I threaten my boss." Oh well, it was still a pretty cool scene, although I wish they would just openly discuss about the Company etc instead of the dinner scene facade.

I loved that part of the episode. The boss was really annoying and the way Noah handled him was great. Funny thing was that their family was supposed to be "ordinary". Not bring attention.

I believe it's been established that Noah lacks a power. Beyond Shaft-eqsue hand to hand combat skills, apparently. Well, it beats Mohinder's power of "a doctorate in applied human genetics".
In fairness to Noah, he -has- had to "eat that fellow's crap" for at least a month or three now. Anyone would have snapped by this point.

I don't see him as being hypocritical as such... he did try! Unfortunately he just snapped. I too suspect that his boss will be a problem in the long run... with all his talk to Claire I think we were lead to think the guy at school will be a problem but now the tables are turned I suspect. Still, I was happy to see Noah do it!
