Well its nice to have him back I guess..

well the first picture is a season one promo and the second one doesn't mean anything...and the title "fight or flight" means nothing about him lol

I agree.

The second picture could have been taken before they decided to continue with out him.

AND he wasn't at the san diego comic con where all the "cast members" were...including Noah and Ando, who are recurring now. D.L. was at comic con last year when he was a recurring character, he wasn't there this year...because he's done! hehe

Unfortunately Travis closed the other thread so I had to start a new one about this.
Well it is true that D.L. is back and I'm sure that we will already see him in the second episode named Lizards.

The reason why I think and know that is that in the latest preview trailer when nikki is talking on the phone with the company offering her a job, D.L. is in the back!!

I'm out of town at the moment but after I got back home will take a screenshot(in two days from now) and will post it here so you can see for yourself.

You know, generally when a moderator or admin closes a thread, it's a good idea not to start a new one with the same topic.

So, yeah, he might be in a few episodes but he's not a regular anymore.

Thats nice. It wouldn't have made sense for Matt to survive and not DL.

The admin closed the thread only because he thought that there is no proof of D.L. being in the show at all anymore.

From what I saw he was and he also was together with the cast in the awards as well.
Only because a character/actor is not a regular (instead a reccuring or guest star), it doesn't mean that we are not allowed to start topics about him/her right?

I mean there were topics spread all over the place about dale, zane and other guest stars too, why not about someone who was a regular before?

Also, how can you tell the person in the back is DL. They have it faded in the preview...yes the person is black, doesn't mean it's DL

Also in the official episode description for Lizards (http://www.got-heroes.com/Official-Episode-Description-t3681.html) - it says Niki and Micah leave Las Vegas, no sign of DL...

Well I don't think that he would go to the awards together with the cast if he wouldn't be involved at all.

On the other hand the main in the back is bald and has his statur so if it should be someone else staying behind her in the living room, I guess that it would be a big coinsidence.

If he is gonna die, maybe the company kills him after all while he is off guard for revenge or something? :/

However, the pictures above are also from the second season and I'm happy about it!

I would much rather see NIKI booted off the Heroes island than DL.

He was at the Emmys because the show was nominated for season one, and as being apart of the season one cast, naturally he would be there.

I agree that both of those pictures are from season two, but I believe they're outtakes. 'Tis a shame.

I think DL is in season 2, I think NBC and Tim are keeping DL a huge secret so that when he is on they will be surprised. Nathan, Peter and Matt’s fate came out in the summer and they may want some surprises for us.

Anyone can edit wikipedia its not a good source for reliable casting news an official nbc press release is the only way to confirm that DL is or isnt back or actually seeing him on the show.

But in the press releases they have all the series regulars listed even the ones who arent in the episode and they dont include Leonard Roberts so it does seem that they have dropped him as a series regular but there is a good chance his character will be back on the show perhaps in tomorrows episode.

I really like DL, but I don't think he'll be around for very long. I hope I'm wrong.

It's too bad that D.L. will not be a series regular for this season. But after what he did to linderman last season, he could have made pretty big people angry.

Well if D.L. wants to leave, he can leave after Peter or Sylar get his power. Phasing is one of the best powers in the show

Fully agree. But if they have too many people with such strong, then it becomes too close to X-men and not enough about "real" people with special abilities.

yea well its not "real" people ever since Peter found out he could keep the powers and Sylar gone on an evolved-human genocide.

Cool shots! Petrelli brothers will be awesome this season, I have a feeling they will play a major part in it.

I prefer DL to Micah and Niki, keep DL lose the other two

I'm happy DL is back, he was one of the few characters who I felt was a true hero in the first season.

If DL is back i hope we see him in some decent fight scenes like last season - against nikki and then the episode where he killed Linderman - showing off his power :-)

well as lizards has aired and no sign of any of the dl family doesnt meanthe is dead i think aswell if he was dead i think they would explain it and gudging from the what i have read micha goes to stay with his nana while his mam goes and fights the company or something so u would think dl would look after him but i dont think he can if he is dead lol
