Hey all, I'm new here, so apologies if this has been commented on before (I'm sure it must have - but I'll carry on anyway!)

When Charlie is killed she bleeds black blood, which at the time I thought was due to her mentioning she has a disease and she's dying anyway...

The people killed when Maya is around also seen to have black blood when they're killed. Just something I thought of - maybe some kind of connection, if not linked?

Charlie's blood was as red as anyone elses........check for yourself......cut yourself deep......you bleed a very dark red.........and as far as the men that Maya killed.....technically, we really can't tell what color the blood is since it's too dark to tell........but, if it is black, perhaps it's the oxygenastion of the hemoglobian within the blood.....like extra oxygen makes it turn black with age......much like apples turn brown after you bite into them and leave it sitting for awhile!! wink.gif

Oops - I really should have double cheeked - it's been ages since I watched the mid episodes of Season 1. But I was sure Charlie had black blood (or black something!) running down her face!

I guess it was too dark to tell, but I think (and again, I might be wrong!) that in the graphic novel it shows people with black running from their eyes. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough in the next few episodes!

But was the Charlie 'disease' ever discussed? And if she had a brain disease, does Sylar now have it and it's killing him slowly too? (again apologies if this has already been discussed!)

Charlie had an ambulisim (sorry about the spelling) which meant it was a blood vessel getting ready to burst and kill her insantly at any given time........and well, it's a physical condition and we don't know how much of the said person he kills personality/physical traits he is able to take on outside of the "abilities" he steals.
