The O.C. creator Josh Schwartz, and director McG (We Are Marshall), bring us Chuck, a new series laced with humor about young twenty-something spies.

Zachary Levi (Less Than Perfect) plays Chuck, a nerdy computer tech who has a database of government secrets downloaded into his brain. Chuck soon finds himself recruited by John Casey (Adam Baldwin of Day Break), a veteran NSA Agent, for espionage work with his new partner (and first date in ten years) Sarah (Yvonne Strzechowski) -- leading Chuck to live a split life of computer geek and secret NSA missions.

Also cast in the pilot are Sarah Lancaster as Chuck's sister Ellie, Joshua Gomez as his best bud Morgan, and Natalie Martinez. McG will serve as executive producer with Schwartz. Chris Fedak and Peter Johnson are co-executive producers. On May 10, 2007, Chuck was officially given a series order by NBC.

I heard mention of this show in relation to LOST (some sort of LOST cross over coming up aparently), but I haven't found much comment about it. I have seen it listed as airing on Ch9 in aus but no idea when. so, what was it you liked so much about it?

I saw the pilot and I thought it rocked!
Unfortunately, it doesn't quite match my schedule and I don't record TV shows ( I saw it as an encore presentation last Saturday).
It looks pretty good. Nice mix of action and humor.

I always catch the ending. I've never really seen a whole episode. Looks interesting though. Its better than watching Deal or No Deal before Heroes, right?

Can someone tell me what day and time it comes on?

All I know is that where I am in Los Angeles it comes on right before Heroes at 8:00 on NBC.


I really enjoy watching this new show. I hope NBC is able to keep on making shows to at least finish the season. The show is kind of stupid and the plot is pretty unbelievable but it is a very well done and entertaining show and I am already hooked after the first two episodes. What is also great about this show is that it comes on right before Heroes so that is pretty convenient.

d*** stright shes hot...I think once you get past the cheesy action parts(cheesy but not to cheesy to make it a bad show) this is one hell of a comedy....

I like it, but you are right, some parts are really cheesy. But it reminds me of Get Smart, I loved those reruns!

Any follow up on the LOST cross over ? I might start watching CHUCK if this is true.

Yeah, Chuck is awesome - if the first five episodes are anything to go by, it's gonna be a great season!
And how hot is Yvonne Strzechowski? Seriously, how come she's not in any other TV show?

I loved the Dune Reference toward the end with the Sandworm in the last ep. It made me laugh.

I am in New York and it comes on at 8pm on NBC before "Heroes" as well.




I am with Gargy on this I watched like 4 episodes of "Chuck" and It is not my kind of show either it does not really hold my interest even with Rachel Bilson on it too it still does not but I still like Rachel.

i watched the first few episodes and loved it but fell out of it. i plan to catch up eventually though, flippin hilarious!
