Problems with the site; Post them here. Like you need to REFRESH every time you post IF you don't see your post cause there will be a Delay system on these NEW IPB2.2

YES! and I can't right click and copy in this forum. The UN-stability of this forum is extremely annoying. And Hard to Moderate. That's why I haven't fully Moved to this Forum yet. the OLD IPB IS TONS Better casue at least it became stable.

It keeps logging me out, like everytime I press something I'm logged out. (Its done it 4 times since I tried to post this.)

If these errors keep up, It will be the Death of the site. I'm having a Hardtime moderating cause the Site resets for every post/box i select.

i guess it's the browers I'm using and the OS. cause I don't like XP and now they have vista.

XP is emoticon for disgust. AND I had this problem in H-F before when it started, Now it doesn't affect me now. so it's the NEW IPB 2.2 problem of compatibility. which Is why I never Jump to the New one so Fast cause it is always buggy till it becomes out of date.[/

It happens to me on dial-up at home, but never at work. I'm not sure I buy the idea of the problem being with the connection, but there is evidence of possible timeouts set for the board to blow away the login info. The owner/boss needs to get on this and fix it before everyone bails. People are impatient these days -- and logging in every time you want to post is intolerable.

I've actually managed to make 2 posts in a row without it logging me out. I can't really work out whats wrong, plus this isn't my area of expertise either lol.

(Bah and now its taken me 3 goes to post this!)

I don't have any problems posting either. The only time it logs me out is when I sign off AOL but that doesn't bother me. That's strange...

yeah it's just a select few having that problem which i don't know what it is. if i had it i could probably figure it out

it has to do with the upgrade though and the enchanced security . so something on your computer has a high security also making them both block each other out, if that makes any sense...that's what i think

I've tried with both IE and Firefox, I played around with some settings in Firefox, see if that has fixed it.

Alright I'm now having a problem getting to this site and I know it isn't my computer because I also used three other computers and the same thing happened. I type in got-heroes.com and the site doesn't show up plus it seems to be slow

It's the RSS FEED that adds the Number to the Site also. Compared to H-F has MORE ONLINE users But that NEVER CRASHED. It's the New or LACK of scripts in place that is causing the site to go unstable.

WHOEVER HAS THE LASTEST INTERNET EXPLORER (IE 7), will have problems no matter what, because Internet Explorer 7 is NOT fully secure, and it doesn't recognize this site's CERTIFICATE!

STRANGE? it's opposite with mine. I use IE7 on other PC and works I use FF in my PC it crashes, so I use IE6.

I just realized that ALL this time that we have been having Problems thinking it was IPB turns out to be a SQL server problem and YOU KNEW it ALL along and didn't tell us?

I don't even speek your language... I only know about SSL Server Certificates... I used to be part of the FOX.com ratings system, and we ran a website, MY JOB WAS TO DIGITALLY SIGN THE WEBSITE! I have no knowledge of anything other than SSL Certificates...

I think something is wrong at, or around the site in THAT AREA! The SSL Server Certificate... Who pays for this site?

It was early in the morning couldn't sleep, so just did a daily ranting i guess...

I guess the 2nd line is supposed to be a PM. Anyways I wasn't thinking straight.

Fustraition is wondering what the problems was and didn't tell the Mod, who should be informed these matters of errors; and not leave them wondering around the dark.
In my case, wondering what was wrong and figuring out a solution.

Red is just doing what the topic is about..reporting complaints about the site. I'm sure every member of this forum is grateful to Travis for creating an amazing place for all of us to chat about Heroes.

I don't think Brown-nosing thread are any use to a site, cause you can always PM the Admin your Appreciation directly. OR you can Post your Praises in Are You On "The List?" or check

Frequently Asked Questions and look for the obvious Topic that I pinned, since far back for you to post Praises.

You Point out Errors to be Fixed; and Not just ignore them. You can't Fix the site with praises.
