Just wondering what commercials aired during the episode?

lol, i thought i remember seeing something about being sponsored by a company which will grant commercial free episodes, yet that alone was a commercial in itself.

I also saw commercials in Episode 1 Season 2

Its not commercial free episodes , its "Limited Commercial Intteruption brought you by Nissan"

And it was only for the season premier

( maybe they will have it for the season finale )

Can i ask a different question? Does anyone know when the hiatus are planned? If there are any?
They also said something about making an "intermezzo" during the hiatus...
Might be that i'm completly wrong, i just didn't hear anything about this anymore.

From what I heard, after 11 episodes, there will be a month's worth of waiting. Then after that, 6 or 7 episodes will be aired. Another break will be done for 3 weeks then finally 5/6 episodes for the finale.

Why the US networks do that, I have no idea.

I believe that during the Haitus is when we will see the Heroes spin-off "Origins"

There was more waiting around in the first season -with two 6 week breaks in between parts

The season premiere had limited commercials because it was 9 minutes longer than the average episode. Other than that every episode is split into 6 parts with 5 commercial breaks that in total span up to about 19 minutes. It wasn't more or less than any other show
