I doubt Sylar is Elle. Sure, he may portray her in the future but not actually Elle. How would Peter get his electricity powers then? He couldn't have been near Sylar in the four months, because Sylar was being treated by Candace.

And Peter did an interview with Kristin from E! and said that to elaborate on how he and Elle are connected, that there were "sparks".

Zachary has a schedule all worked out for him which will allow him to film the movie and film the show at the same time and he will not be very absent from the show. And this is totally in the wrong section as well.
