Okay, I don't know if I'm the only one that noticed. But look on the background when Nikki is talking to Kane(Midas) on the phone, right before Suresh starts poking around the paintings. You'll see a black guy fainted , or dead I don't know, with a white T-shirt and white pants, like a prisoner outfit(in those mental institutions).
It sure seems like D.L., and the room Nikki is in, there something in front of her but it's out of focus so I can't really identify what is it.
Please people, re-watch the episode and check this for me and confirm if I'm sort of right hehe...

Just checked that particular scene and I don't think that the coloured guy in the rear is DL. I do think it's some kind of Midas' office bodyguard or nurse. The whole bodylanguage (as far as it is possible to be analized) looks like the guy is a security guy or something like that.

COLOURED...is NOT a nice word to call a black man. Black, Afro-American, hell even being called The Hatian is better than being called COLOURED! All sarcasm aside, I'm black and most black people take that offensive, it's not bad as the N WORD, but it's no better than calling a black man BOY. Just a heads up bro.
