agreed, too coincidental with the lawrence family. Someone from the Lawrence family is a member of the Company most likely, the group of 12 (I think at least).

My guess is;

Mohinder was with Nikki before going to Monica's house. If Nikki told him about where Micah is now, he may checked the list and saw Monica's name?

I guess either the List or another technical Detector of people with abilities?

Well, he received the order from bob before he saw nikki, for me it is too coincidential that he arrives to monicas house just when she realized taht she has powers, and he told her that he is going to help her.

Or maybe it was some hole in the script.

I think she's just on the List, it sounds like that's Mohinder's stock line for turning up on people's doorsteps. The fact that he turned up so soon I personally put down to narrative development and the strong idea of fate/coincidence that Heroes has had so far.

i totally forgot about this, chandra suresh's list, he used some DNA from a hero to be able to track heroes
so our guess is that monica is on that list

The Hawkins lineage is evidently a very interesting family tree and The Company would be wise to invest a certain amount of attention to it.

With D.L.'s phasing, Micah's electronic wizadry and Niki's (D.L.'s wife) split personality, I would not be too surprised that The Company is hot on the heels of Monica.

Even without the consequent abilities of Micah and the rest, a quaint newspaper coverage of Monica's self-defence by heroically stopping and subsequently kicking an armed robber through the glass at her local burger joint should make for more than a few raised eyebrows at the cubicles in The Company, don't you think so?

So is Nana one of the 12?

That's a possiblity that we shall soon find out. She seems a little too withdrawn from everything to rule her out.

The company probably got the list from Mohinder when he was with them in the first season, that would kind of tie everything together. As far as we know - so far without Molly and the list they have no way of finding people with powers. Since Molly was taken away and has been with Matt & Mohinder it seems most likely they got the list during Mohinders first run-in with the company.

The Company has been finding people for a very, very long time. They know what to look for.

And when a normally quiet girl suddenly pulls off amazing heroic feats defending her job, The Company is going to find out quickly, especially if this girl is on the list.

They knew her powers had begun to manifest because of the robbery. They knew it was powers based because she's on the list.

He was with Nikki..looking all depressed, no sleep, worried about Molly..

all of a sudden he appears in New Orleans, knocking on a strangers door, knowing that she has powers (which she just found out about), acting all happy to see her..

probably was mohinder. just that time frames in Heroes isnt very smooth flowing as we thought

maybe they're trying to make us think that mohinder wasn't really himself when he was visiting monica. because it did seem weird. but i also do think nana might be part of the 12, based on the picture. the woman next to mr. deveaux looks like her.

The fact that Linderman set up D.L. and Niki to 'breed' gives us a clue about the wide grasp of The Company in every social enigma. Perhaps Monica's mom was already a subject of interest and Nana has something more to hide?

Mohinder was given information on a new mutant by Bob just before Nissica tried to kill him, this will undoubtedly be Monica's info.

Odds are she has been on the list for a while now, but the reason they went to go see her now was because she probably came up on police reports and stuff after taking out the robber. The company usually goes after people after they realize their power but probably have a huge list of people who have yet realize they have powers.
