The only time Matt can't get a read is when the Haitian is around and I think he'll be around for a while since he's like the inside man, the guy who works with the police

How incredibly annoying would it be if multiple people could stop Matt from reading their minds, I prefer that there is just the Haitian who can block Matt out or else Matt's power would be pretty much useless

Naw it's cool deleted scenes are always welcome and like Aerdna said that clip is definetly from the 72-minute pilot episode with the terrorist plot, back when Matt was in the pilot and not introduced in the second episode..I think that made Matt look a whole lot less suspicious than when he found Molly though

Does anyone else feel kinda gutted about the fact that he did end up getting divorced after the season 1 fight to keep it all together. I wonder if we'll have a flashback to what happened, or maybe a "recap" episode like "Six Months Ago".

A little off-topic, but I'm liking how they've made Matt more sure of his power and letting him kick some ass and take some names now. He used to seem like sort of a crappy character but now he's getting to be one of my favorite specials.

Matt's power seems limited to whatever the person is thinking at the time, surface thoughts, so it's not like he can pick apart someone's brain (or at least not at the present). Still a nifty power though.

i think it gradually evovles into a stronger power if he doesnt die by then

Maat is awesome and I love the relationship he has now with Molly, I hope she stays the series
