Thanks so much for those clips. They look great. IT seems that everything in this episode bar Claire's plot will be pretty sweet.

Bob can turn things to Gold, like he did to the spoon in "Four Months later", don't know what Nakamara's power is, except being able to teach Hiro how to sword fight in a couple of hours.

Probably, by Sylar's tone. In another preview you can see Sylar whacking Alejandro.
Bob can more than turn things to gold. Although not revealed, it has been hinted that we should look out for more forms of Alchemy. I'd personally like to see how his power will help in fights. Hope to see him turn someone into a statue (Gold, Silver or otherwise). If he can do that then his power is quite good indeed.
