im thinking by disposal he means he has someone in the company that he can let go of, so that they can drop all assignments and protect mohinder and molly from the Adam monroe guy

this is why im thinking that Adam monroe wants the virus that the company is experimenting on, so bob moves molly and mohinder to isaacs loft and puts in elle as their bodyguard
