Also, we have already seen Hiros story from the second he arrived in Feudal Japan meaning there would be nothing to cover. This leads us to believe that Kensi is the "Mysterious yet familiar face" is Kensei.

nathan's face gets burned when he takes peter into the air, thus leaving him scarred when he gets back on Earth. then he meets Adam monroe=kensei who heals him.
the episodes inwhich we saw his scarred face, it was actually what he looked like when he got back to Earth after letting peter blow up (radiation- burning/killing cells)

I was thinking the same thing in terms of Nathan being burnt. I also think when he gets back he was healed but has flash backs of how he looked when he got back to earth.

Nah, not the first glimpse, this will be the second glimpse of Adam. Heh, actually Kensei/Adam cannot be considered really evil, because he has his own agenda against Hiro. He is after all, heartbroken. But okay, based on Episode 7, perhaps now he's gone a step further and went to think himself as godly... so perhaps, during the ancient Japan saga, he was just heartbroken. Now, he is just... having a vendetta against everyone in the Company... and basically against the world... or just thinks he is is a god or something to that degree.

Kind of a spoil maybe, but if youre on this topic then you should be prepared!
Anyhow, it makes sence now. The company took Peter and held him "prisoner". That is where he met elle and got the lightningpower. In the commercial for this episode 208 we also see that he meets adam monroe in the company, who also is in holding.
Then the haitian comes to peters rescue and he is (obviously, im not acting all smartass ) who erased peters memorys and locked him up in that container, and he gave peter the Godsend-mark-neclace.

Look forward to seeing the episode, will be great to hear more about Adam.

Didnt bob say that adam was the one behind murdering the "members of the 12"?
Didnt he also say that he could controll the weather? Snow in miami, but it could have been a tsunami...
oh never mind.. he was probably the one who forced someone of the 12 that can control weather to make it snow.. but if adam was one of the 12, why wasnt he on the photo of the 12.. ofcourse it would be a big anti-klimax if he would be, but it's kinda wrong that he is a member but is not there on the photo.

And about the Mohinder-shooting-Bennet scenario, dont you think its more to it? I mean this is heroes, its tooo obvious, they want us to belive that mohinder shoots noah.

Elle met Peter in the cell yea and played with him and eventually kissing (hmm I dont think Peter had any choice, maybe Elle used her ability to make Peter kiss her? Sound familiar somewhere but dont know where from ).

He never said that. Adam worked with them and had visions. Some of the 12 shared this with Adam some didnt. Never about Adam being the 12.

It was discussed not too long ago, that perhaps there are more than 1 photo of the company. In the big picture Nathan has, there was no Adam there. He pointed out his mom, his dad, linderman, charles, bob... and in the ripped pictures of Kaito, Angela, Bob and maury, there's a man in a white suit behind each of them (just the shoulders seen). particularly in kaito's ripped pic, you can clearly see that the man beside him was wearing a white suit, but in nathan's picture, Kaito was beside Bob and Bob is wearing a dark suit.
