I think this is how they cook up the idea that West manipulates Claire and Claire is so dead in love with him to allow that. And that West and Claire will connive with his murder.

That was a really, really, supremely stupid prank! I mean, if it wasn't for the whole "If our powers are discovered we'll become human lab rats and be tortured in the name of science for the rest of our days" thing, it would've been hilarious. But holy crudmuffins, Claire! Did Sylar take your brain and replace it with a ball of lint, or something?! 'Cause that was a pretty brainless thing to do. The fact that what's-her-name was drunk might fool the rest of the school, but someone from the Company? Forget it!

I thought it was hilarious, but Claire's actions were not good by any means. I also thought it was a bit pointless, but she's getting more reckless, West is a terrible influence and I am sure he is working with the company or something.

I don't know about him working with the company, but you're definitely right about him being a bad influence. I've never liked him, to be honest. He annoyed me right from the start with that "aliens vs. robots" nonsense.

It was a pretty stupid thing for Claire to do...especially seeing as her dad has been constantly telling her not to draw attention to herself and she seems to be doing the exact opposite. it kinda bugs me that she didn't think of the repercusions until after she had done the prank and even then West was all like "eh, its ok," West seems to be a bad influence on her. I am still not sure about his character...there is something a little off about him.

Claire and her dad seem to be two of the same kind...they can't help themselves and they can't change, they always think they have good reasons for doing the things they do. (I know she is adopted, but clearly they have similarities )

Claire has been really bugging me this season, which is odd because last season she was one of my favourite characters but this season she has become reckless, childish and selfish. I'd rather see more Niki or Monica than Claire.
Plus in this episode what she did was a really stupid thing, what if someone had seen her and West, how could they explain that? Maybe if she ditched West I wouldn't dislike her so much.

I think Claire is just in a spot of confusion atm that's all. West has been such a negative influence, and yet she knows she can't trust everything her dad says... whether west will find out about HRG, and vice versa, that just makes the plot a whole lot more interesting.

My problem with Claire this season is it seems like she's a great deal less mature and thoughtful than last season. It's like she's aged backward 2 or 3 years.

I guess for me it would have been more believable, if they showed Claire being really in love big time. People have been known to take chances and act a bit crazy for love. However I just don't see their relationship this way at all. To me there was more chemistry between her and Peter.

When I try to understand her point of view, I get something like that: He was the first person to be nice to her in California, (plus he's cute...) Then, she found out that he had a power too, so that makes him... I don't know... ><' . My point is, she likes him, and he's not trying to be a bad influence to her (but he is...). Yeah, plus she knows that Noah is lying to her! It's obvious!

Anyway, I'm getting so pissed that Noah is lying all over again! >=P

In some ep,when West reiterated about HRG,Claire yells"It's my dad",......[West looking confused/shocked]..........."he's really overprotective".....

I like the idea behind this, but I really don't like the way it's been managed - it just feels so unrealistic to me (unrealistic for a show full of flying people, time travelers and people who can walk through walls...). Plus I hate West more every single week, and it's spreading to Claire.

totally, West doesnt care what other people think while Claire hates what other people think but now seems to go the same direction and characteristics of West... which makes it annoying though..
I'd rather see Claire like in s1 than this persona ..

I really hope West will get caught flying, then the police will send the army after him in military aircrafts, trying to shoot him down, they end up catching him and arresting him ,testing on him like a lab rat. This would make me happy

my only complaint - his cheesy lines and attitude, plus his influnece on claire and turning her into a kid again.

It is at the very least interesting, cause to be honest, I don't feel that this season has been. Claire is my favorite character, but I haven't been so interested latley. Is it me or has the character changed? Claire from season one was young, afraid, innocent, yet at the same time so powerful. Claire season two, has just been uninteresting and stupid. Obviously seasons change and character evolve, I understand that, but the Claire from this season is too different for me, and things seem so underdeveloped.

At least when she lied to her dad in season one it was for good reasons, or because she didn't trust him. Now it just seems like a silly, and obvious scheme for trouble.

Things with West are just too easy for him to be good, he seems planted there specifically for claire. If he was good then Claire wouldn't really have much going on in her storyline. If West is good, then all they had to do was shoot 5mins to explain that her family is in hiding and that she is going to school and has a BF. There has to be more to West.

Him spying on her was just way way to creepy to be normal. Plus he just seems TOO nice.

I like the actor for West. I like that Claire has someone to turn to, but still it just seems like things are heading for trouble.
