So its safe to say that was Jessica, rather then Niki that approached Mohinder at the end. So did Bob send her there to keep Mohinder in line, or did Jessica escape?

Actually I don't think it was jessica (or if you wanna get technical Niki)
I posted this before but...episode 5 we saw Niki for the first time since we had seen her receiving a job from Bob to do we don't know what. But the reward would be a cure for her power and to be a normal person again. This is the "job" that she had to do that she told Micah about.
In episode 5 she tries to kill bob right after bob gives Suresh a stun gun and explains some individuals can't actually control their powers and that what the company does is actually for the benefit of people with abilities.
When Niki wakes up she thanks Suresh from stopping her and tells him shes exactly where she wants to be and that the company is helping her. *EVERYTHING* that happened with her reinforced the concepts that Bob was pushing on Suresh about people with abilities and the company.
Now we see her again and she just waltzes up and claims "I'm cured" and says shes his partner? no no no...Niki/Jessica merging was a nice big event of its own last season at the end and in no way would it happen off screen.
What I'm saying is that Niki/Jessica did fuse personalities last season. For the time being I just call her Niki but you have to remember that the personalities did fuse, not one winning over the other. Niki has taken on parts of jessica's bad girl persona but I'm almost certain that shes cured of her split personality disorder

That's an interesting theory, but Bob did say she had multiple personality disorder, which would seem she still has Jessica.

Bob said that about Niki to suresh, who if my theory is right he had the whole scene with him and her last episode set up to make Suresh trust him more.
Basically I'm saying Bob wasn't being very trust worthy at the time he said that if I'm right

I disagree...if Nikki was cured of Jessica than why would she need "help". When she has these episodes...its not just because she's angry. She's a total different person. She's Jessica.

i'm thinking it was jessica since jessica is more confident and that definately showed at the end of the episode.. niki speaks in a more panicked way so it doesn't seem like it was her..
that being said, in the preview for next weeks episode, when she says the line, 'we're all going to die..?' she seems like genuine niki..
who bloody knows..

i have no doubt that it was jessica from the way she spoke and walked into the room.
which i think is how the company is "helping" her. making jessica be the dominant persona permanently.

That was definately Jessica - its the way she looks that gives it away...
Jessica she has a more confident 'strut' in her step and a sneer to her talking...
Don't you think it was strange that all of a sudden Mohinder has a partner to
look after him... Especially since 5 mins earlier Bob had basically let him off
from his chair-throwing hissy-fit...
J/N is a threat...
bob: be a good boy now or J/N will do horible things to you....ok?
mhinder: yes sir...three bags full sir.

I'm curious how successful of a threat N/J will end up being. Mohinder doesn't strike me as the type who'd readjust his moral compass simply because he'll suffer physical harm if he doesn't. In fact, quite the opposite. We already know N/J sends him flying at least once next episode.
I'd like to think Bob underestimates the effect of that quality in him, and it's powerful enough to overcome/"turn"/soften N/J. Because it's either that, or he sacrifices his moral ideas (which would really mean Mohinder isn't Mohinder anymore), or he dies. (And that would make me very sad).
That being said... the final scene totally felt like N/J was channeling her J side. All I could think of was the last "job" the company had her do for them.

pretty much sure it was Jessica in that scene, as she looks to confident
but why does she beats mohinder up? maybe he refuses to do the job....

Definitely jessica. maybe the company taught her how to switch Nikki and Jessica alternately? Clearly, the company has motifs for doing such, I think they know they are going to deal with a very very powerful being. So they are rounding the potentially powerful heroes like Nikki and Monica.

An army of super powered people

I love to control such an army

But would such a powerful army be controllable in the first place?
i mean jessica only thinks about herself...she'll probably dump the company anytime..

Well, I don't believe Jessica only thinks about herself.
Last season she said she would accept Linderman's money to kill DL, but Niki wouldn't, then she passed the control to Niki.
And also, when Niki asked her to go after DL or he would be killed if he looked for Micah alone, Jessica agreed to help Niki.
Or have I understood both scenes wrong?

Every single decision Mohinder has
ever made about who to trust, or what to do next,or what might actually be happening, has been completely and utterly wrong.
He's the Class Idiot of the series.
So if he thinks that's Nikki and he should trust her - then it isn't, and he shouldn't.
Simple!
