The Company has a file about him for quite some time know. Hiro will come to the present meaning that Adam was already there without Hiro which means he's either immortal or ages very very slow.

I honestly hope Adam Monroe is not Kensei, considering the amount of speculation we've already discussed from day one. I'd like that it was a new character people met and maybe had a fight with Elle hence his abilities. Also, if Peter has already met Kensei, I have a theory on how he might be revealed subtlely...

I just have a question: in the Sword Saint, Kensei committed suicide to save the princess from the dragon, right? So it means, that he is not immortal. BUT: then, it was just a story. And it can also mean that Hiro is the one who messed things up by going to the past, kissing the princess and making kensei turn against them. making him mean and bad... and perhaps it is also Hiro who have brought Kensei to the future. BUT: if kensei is adam monroe and is kane = I don't get it. How did he survive all those years? and if he didn't, couldn't it be that he can travel time too? maybe, just maybe, he's another sylar or peter... who can absorb power. And the reason why he's been all over time is because he travels back and forth to fix his fate... like what Hiro did... I dunno... help me out!! please!!!

dude, I'm with ya. My brain is also turning jelly. I have lots of questions about that Kane = Adam = Kensei theory. It may be that Kensei is not Adam but Adam is a decendant of Kensei...

count me in. i cant even get any useful information on the name kane and i've been wondering if theres such a character that exist in the series.

i dont know where the name kane came from(possible i missed it) but i havent heard of him anywhere in the first or second chapters and who ever he is i doubt he's kenzai, who is pretty much definitely adam monroe.

They say Adam Monroe aka Kensei = immortal. This means he wouldnt age, which can explain that he lives in the present and the future.
About Adam cutting his own heart is ofcourse not literally but metaphorically.
It means that Adam used to be good, but then he had a change of heart and worked for Whitebeard.
This explains the cutting out heart part. The leaving part is ofcourse he was never to be seen again which we most likely see next episode.

The Dragon is metaphorically meant as Hiro. As he wanted the princess and kissed her, but couldn't have her... Kensei had a change of heart because of this.... Hope you 2 understand this now

i like this theory or spoiler or whatever it is. His name being "Adam" makes sense as to why Hiro went to the past even further. Of course he's Takezo Kensei, but at the same time he could be the first genetic variation in the human species. Thus, the name "Adam" would make sense...the first man in this new "race" of humanity. The question is really, now, who was or is his "Eve."

I'm assuming that Adam lived so long because age would be considered an injury...and if age is an injury he can heal from it. Thus, his healing makes him immortal. So, barring brain injury, Peter and Claire are immortal as well.

Actually, I don't know who kane is too... but something interesting I saw in Wiki... Adam Kane. A director for one of the episodes of Heroes... sounds like?? Adam... Kane.... wonder if they got the names from him? Something to prove that they are One and the same?
